Not bad, but not the best. If your bar is a little off size there isn't much tension adjustment on the collar

Cheap plastic construction, doesn’t hold up to weight training. This item broke within one week of use. Insert ripped upon first changing. Next, while tightening a clip, the clip snapped when trying to secure the weights. I do not recommend this product for serious lifters, or even home basement lifters like me.

Scan the internet and you see that most barbell collars are for Olympic (2") bars. What if you have a 1" bar? There are some sold for one inch bars. I ordered them and they did not fit my bar. These do. Why? My bar has the original spin collars, but the weights are too close to the weight bench bar holders to get a good grip on the bar. These enable me to move the weights further out on the barbell so there is more room to grip it.

They are a good product but on of them broke off when I was working out and I messed up my gym session lucky I ordered another set but over all the easy to use and I like that they are plastic and not metal
