great product, sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. I have not yet tested the 200 pound limit but it holds up weight well and is good for those that want to avoid any strain on the joints.... wish they made longer ones too...

Great bar and nice protective packaging. One small flaw was a little rust on one of the screws that hold the weights in place

My son and I both love this. We added this to our Home hym and it’s perfect for bicep and tricep curls. It makes it easier on the shoulder during the workout and it hits the right spots. Definitely recommended Great price.

Great price, good sturdy quality. Took a star off because the grip width is too narrow, not as advertised. As long as it's not too narrow for you, it's good.

Placed order for NEW tricep bar, recivied USED bar. Other than that, the bar performs as expected, of good quality, comfortable grips, non slip. Will handle various weight loads without worries. If I had recived new bar, I would have given a 5 star rating. SHUCK'S, I would have giving it 5 stars had I ordered a USED bar.I have complete confidence in Cap equipment.
