Was a good price compared to other brands. It seems pretty solid. I do my dumbbell step ups with 60 pounds in each hand and I weigh about 175 pounds. No issues so far. The built in handles make it easy to move. I do like how the sides are stamped so you can easily adjust the height you want. I did not get the grip version and got the standard wood. As long as I’m using it on my gym mats I don’t have to worry about the box sliding. I wouldn’t use it on my garage concrete. Putting the item together didn’t take long neither. Overall happy with my purchase.

Easy to assemble. Fit and finish was very good. The box is very sturdy. I have used it for a variety of exercises and have had no issues.

Much higher quality than I expected, especially as it is one of the cheapest options I was able to find on here.While researching other comparable plyo box brands, I saw reviews of any/all of the issues of: no pre-drilled holes, holes not lining up, and no countersunk holes for the screwheads. This Cap box had none of those issues. Assembly was easy, and all screwheads are countersunk so that they don't stick out and potentially scratch up your floors. I've only used a few times so far but the box seems as sturdy as I could ask for. This is for the wood version but I imagine this is all applicable to the non-slip option as well.I did give the corners of the box an extra sanding once assembled just to make everything a bit smoother, but using it as it came without an extra sanding would have been just fine.I am disappointed in Amazon's shipping of this item, as it arrived in a fully opened box. I'm glad nothing ended up being damaged.
