I know it’s not cheap but if your a hat person then this is a must have not only cleans and drys but it also reshapes all your favorite hats. MUST HAVE!!

I figured after reading reviews that people weren’t following directions and they were mixed. Well don’t buy this after my 9th cap the thing started leaking I will be sending back.

When I purchased it did not come with the hat cleaner (I think that would have been great) because that is the only thing we didn’t like but it was great for getting the reshaping

It worked well for the first 10 hats and easy to use. then completely stopped working for the steam function.

Si limpia muy bien las gorras, algunas hay que darles una limpiadita con el cepillito que viene antes de ponerla en la máquina. También le regresa la forma a las gorras
