Product received was not as pictured online. Received two separate cables. One is a standard DC cable comming off the 12V adapter and then a shorter cable that adapts from the DC barrel connector to the Mic charge cable.Upon testing it didn't charge the Midland radio, upon testing with a voltmeter I was unable to read any charge out of either cable. When I disassembled the tip to check the fuse I found it was burnt up. Probably why other reviews reported it not charging as well. The second cable also doesn't snap onto the first so they can easily separate especially in a bumpy car.TLDR; Two cables, not one. Fuse was burnt so wouldn't charge on arrival. Cables easily come apart as there's no mechanical connection. Different than the adapter pictured.

Received this product and, unfortunately, didn't open it for a few weeks. When I did and tried to use it it didn't work. It wouldn't charge either of my radios. It has an adaptor that will plug into the desktop charger but that didn't work, either.

Product would not charge my Midland GMRS handheld as advertised. When it did not charge my radios, I followed their troubleshooting suggestions on each radio with the same result…no charge. The pin that goes into the jack was too small and fit poorly. I would not purchase this item and would recommend buying a charger from Midland.As a side note, both battery packs are less than six months old and have been charging with no issues prior to using this product.

Did not charge the dxt 1000 model with the battery packs, i havent tried it with the rechargeable batteries i put in it, because those batteries hold longer.

I was hoping this would be a great option for charging walkie talkies on the road. The adapter light glowed when plugged in- but never charged my walkie talkie. Not even a little bit. There was no power coming out of it at all. I was very disappointed.

This came as two separate pieces, not like the one-piece that is pictured. It did not charge my Midland radio. The connection between the two pieces was very loose.
