These do NOT include the top part of the canopy. These include the front, back, and the 2 side walls. I used it for my 10x20 canopy and they are a perfect fit horizontally. However the bottom were a bit short by about an inch so it will leave a small gap between the tarp and the floor when placed on the canopy.

Ok like most of you that are looking at these, I have that cruddy costco garage where the canopies are barely good for a season.. I saw a lot of reviews on here that said this product did not fit, was not made well etc.I saw others that said it fit great but the velcro ties were not of decent quality... Here is my two cents:IMPORTANT NOTE: This is only the sidewalls not a roof canopy.. make sure you only want the sidewalls and front and back. I knew this prior to purchasing and I am happy with what I received.I took off old sides and doors and laid out the new product.. The top of the sides as well as the back and front are velcro.. It made it twice as easy to install.. MY complaint here is that the crest (top) of the front and back as well as the top corners of each side have nothing to secure them so they flap around and are not secured like they should be..The corners of the sides and front and back have reinforced holes for the bungee attachment... So it is basically reversed from the costco setup... I personally like the bungee corners makes it easier to install and it is more secure.I had the old stuff off and the new items installed in 30 minutes. It really was that easy... That was even with a mistake of putting a side on backwards (had velcro for mid poles on the outside)So overall I gave this 4 stars... I felt the quality was good, the ease of installing was excellent, and the front door is better than the costco brand.. The only issue is the top crest front and back and the side top corners...Recommended to the manufacturer.... put 4-6 reinforced ring holes on the side tops to help the velcro be more secure.. Also put same type holes in the corners and the front and back crest... It will make this product and Excellent choice and a 5 star from anyone that orders it..I hope this helps you with your purchase.

Unbelievable, the ziper broke at the 3rd day.The door part teared apart after the first windy day, couple weeks after I bought it. After a rainy day all my clothing in boxes and shelves inside were soaking wet, NOT waterproof. What a ripp off. Unbelievable. Things like this shouldn't be for sale.

Quality is ok. Complicated to set up easily alone or with a helper until you've done it a few times. In just 5mph winds it is a big sail. The stakes and cinch ties are flimsy not worth the effort. I got 16' rebar stakes and 1"ratchets (load tie down straps) . Good for a sustained 20 mph blow. Get A LOT of the ball bands. Poor quality and they stretch out fast. Ok for temporary picnic shade but beware of you intend on using this as a vendor tent, take good care of each piece carefully roll tarps, do not lose ANY poles or connectors and it should last a season or two. For the price it's not a bad deal. 1/22/2019 additional. I've used this set up now for two seasons. We've put it up and have taken it down more than 20 times as a vendor shelter. I cannot stress the importance of taking good care of each piece. Using the ratchet straps and rebar anchor system it's done very well in heavy rain and wind gust over 30 mph. This has been a worthy investment for the price. I still give it 3 stars it is not for use in snow prove areas. We had to monitor the water build up and make sure it ran off. I would not use it with the anchor system it comes with.

Think this may be my first ever Amazon review. Just wanted to note that this fit perfectly as a replacement for the canopy cover I bought at Costco a few years ago. I read a couple reviews stating it was slightly lighter in color than the costco one and it is, but even less so than I was expecting. Also, so far I’ve only used the entrance/exit end of this and it did have a middle zipper and two sides which is great!
