This tool is a lifesaver for cutting cardboard boxes for recycling and rough cutting my leather sheets for crafting. It even comes with an extra blade and charging cable. The only minor issue is that it sometimes sticks in the material about an inch into the cut, but I figured it’s hitting the guard, so it’s easy to clear and keep the cut going. It cuts so quickly that I had to double-check that it was still engaged with the material, and it was! I haven’t charged it since its last recharge a couple of weeks ago, and it’s still going strong so, the battery life is also great. Great addition to my tool arsenal.

I build theater set flats and props for low budget community theater out of recycled appliance packing cardboard….and it involves a LOT of cutting. This cutter does well on straight cuts through 1/8†single layer corrugated material but struggles with 1/4†double layer boxes and doesn’t do curves. That said, it’s great for long straight cuts in single layer corrugated material.

We ship a lot of stuff, mostly from ebay purchases, but also most of my family is out of town, so have to send packages to them. While it is always easy to use a big, heavy box stuffed with a pound or so of paper, it is often a whole lot cheaper to ship, and merchandise arrives in better condition if packed in a proper size box. We all have made some really ugly packages with manual box cutters and suffered bruised fingers from trying to cut heavy cardboard with scissors.This cardboard cutting machine is easy to use, and unlike manual box cutters, you won't accidentally cut more layers or damage your furniture pressing too hard. The Yluzs Cardboard cutting machine has a foot that lifts the cardboard off the surface to cut and the special 10-sided blade is easy enough to see so you can follow a straight line drawn on the cardboard and know just where to stop.Has a built in battery, USB-C charging port, comes with cable, no charger. Has an extra blade, and, other than the front cover, a manual that will require a magnifying glass to read. (really, but tool is intuitive so probably won't read the manual unless you get a defective tool The Yluzs Cardboard cutting machine looks to be a well made tool. A lot of thought went into the design as it fits comfortably in the hand, and the dual off switch/safety button and run lever are placed properly to avoid any hand strain.

I was interested in giving this electric cutter/scissor tool. I always have a little difficulty cutting cardboard. Typically, I go at it with a carpet knife or box cutter. However, the results are never that great. It is hard to cut good lines or patterns. Plus, what do you use as backing while cutting? Typically, it ends up being the garage floor. So, you end up with scratches on the concrete and a dull tipped blade. It looked like this tool may be a better option and it turned out it is. First, it doesn’t matter what surface you are cutting on. This cutting tool has a base guard that protects the blade from damage. It cuts clean and neat. The motor has plenty of power, so it doesn’t bind up. Controlling the cut line is pretty easy, much better than a carpet knife. Plus, since its cordless, there is no cord to get in the way. I find that I am able to get straighter cuts or follow curves with more accuracy. I would say that this electric cutter does a good job, and it is a handy tool to have when you need to cut cardboard or other relatively soft materials. I definitely recommend it.

These cordless electric scissors work great for thin cardboard, fabrics, and other light materials. They’re easy to use and cut smoothly, but they do struggle a bit with thicker cardboard. Still, a handy tool for craft projects and small cutting jobs

This cordless, powered rotary tool is easy to use. It cuts through cardboard like soft butter, making breaking down boxes a breeze.I have also tried it on thick plastic, different types of fabric and even peel and stick tiles, each were sliced with ease.It is rechargeable via USB C, which is included.It's not too loud, like mose power tools and can be used on almost anything. I would 100% buy again if I had to

Lefties, you're still out in the cold on this one, but any leftie worth their salt can figure out how to make 'em work for ya. This is a great product for easy scissoring cuts on fabric, cardboard, paper, and other flat/sheet materials. No problems or issues, other than it not being as friendly to left-handed persons, but those people have thick skin due to a lifetime of "otherness" when it comes to scissor design. Recommended!
