This will last you a long time, even with regular use on tough jobs! It is a perfect size and fit for my hand and works well to break up difficult grime and dirt. The bristles are wonderful and none have fallen out or even gotten bent up or frayed. They are great balance of stiffness and pliability. I have used it on some tough jobs and it has never done me wrong. It is absolutely worth the price and is very versatile.

I replaced an old worn out wire brush with this for scrubbing off slake off hot metal while blacksmithing. Works well.

Bought for blacksmithing, haven't used it yet. I'm concerned the plastic handle will be a problem.

Know what you're buying, this thing is tough. Really tough. Those aren't just wires, they're flat pieces of metal which are extremely rigid and for brushing off excess carbon from blacksmithing pieces, it's perfect.This isn't grandma's stove cleaner and it's not really dad's BBQ grill cleaner unless it's really, really dirty. LOL!I'm very pleased with this, making forging and finishing pieces much easier and also cleaner.So get out there, break a sweat, and start making music on that anvil.

Study construction, and good quality for a decent price. Will be used for cleaning scales off of steel coming out of the forge.

Man I love misleading product photos. I happen to be very passionate about Made In USA. Look closely at the photo and underneath the handle are the letters "USA" which is the only suggestion on country of origin. I took that as American-Made...haha...jokes on me...NOPE...there was a cute little "Made in China" sticker on it with a barcode. If you're looking for an American-Made brush...keep looking... I purchased this brush for cleaning iron oxide scale off of hot steel that I'm forging into knives or decorative pieces. I haven't yet used it thus I cannot speak on the durability of it.
