These are great containers, super thick and very sturdy. The only drawback is the snap up lid is super hard to pop up and down. Plus, the lid itself is wide and it's hard for me to open the container (I have medium size lady hands).

Ok, two 1+ gallon pitchers for about $17 is a really good deal. And I love the ability to color-code the lids (sweet vs unsweetened tea, etc, etc). But I spent the first few weeks we were using them constantly wiping up leaks. Basically, you need to know they're a good buy but the lids are such a tight fit at first that you can't screw them on to the built-in stop. So until the lids get some wear and loosen up be extra careful. All in all though they're nice and thick, are a good shape (not too tall / about as tall as a gallon milk carton), the hand holds are well-placed (after the lid starts screwing on completely), and the color coded lids are certainly a bonus!

I am the one that opens jars in my home, but these containers are impossible! I thought it would be hard maybe the first time but I tried over and over and it would take me a while and hurt my fingers! The top pop up is also crazy hard to open! On top of that, when you try to screw the lid back it is very difficult to make it turn to end with the spout in the front to pour. I tried starting the turn in different spots and it was like a brain-teaser! Do not waste your time and money. Don’t buy this product. How do they have positive reviews is beyond me.

Love the pitcher. Make cold brew coffee. Worth the money. Opening the top is hard. But I know it won't leak.

I use this for a lye solution for making soap. Great container. I ended up buying 2 and would not hesitate to order again if and when needed.

Very disappointed...they leak when pouring. They leak when shaking to mix. The leak if laid on their side. They leak....the cap has no gasket. A shame...

Great size. Still trying to open the lid.At this point, I wish it had instructions on how to open this lid.I'll update review once that part is sorted.Help?Edit, was not able to open it. It was supposed to be for cold water in the fridge so at this point, I'm am going to look into returning this item.
