Honestly I picked this toy cuz I thought it was cute and hoped that my easily bored 1 year old dog would find all the "kernels" satisfying to chew on.This toy is higher quality then I expected! Has some weight to it but not too heavy for the pup to carry around all day. The squeaker is still going strong even after a month of solid squeaking (much to my ear's displeasure) and I don't see him destroying it in the near future.He loves to chew it, carry it around, throw it, hide it, tug on it, anything he can think of. This became an overnight favorite and I'm very pleased with its durability. We got another popular toy on Amazon in the same order and it's already a lot worse for wear, while this one only has has the rope part come unraveled, the actual corn part still looks brand new. Extra cute if you've got farmers in your family!

It looks like a corn cob, but to my dog, it's like a magical artifact sent from the heavens. The moment she sees it, her eyes dilate and get as big as saucers—seriously, she looks like a little crack addict. We even started calling it "Crack Corn," and she does not care!The squeak died after two days (glue seal broke, no surprise as it happens with every squeaky). This thing's still nearly indestructible - perfect for chewing, fetching, and tug-of-war (hold the plastic, not the rope that's meant for throwing only). And that's saying a lot for my pit mix super aggressive chewer.

It's only been 1 day since I gave it to my puppy. She ripped off the tassle within a few minutes. I cut it off and it's been okay. I don't expect toys to last super long with her but this one has me hopeful. She really enjoys it. 🤞no smell and bright color. Firm but not too hard. Size is good for my pup.

My dog has a habit of tearing up toys in just a few minutes, so far, this toy has lasted a few days, the rope is already showing signs of wear.I wish there was a way to attach a new rope when this one goes...She is a mid-sized dog with a LOT of energy, and she's very destructive, digging, chewing on things she's not supposed to, etc.This helps with that, she can play with it for a long time, we don't have to always 'check' to see if she is tearing something up.She loves grabbing it by the rope and swinging it around the sides of her head, it doesn't hurt her, and she LOVES this toy. Out of ALL of the toys that we have bought her, and that she loved, THIS ONE has been top dog to her. We love watching her play with it, it also wears her out and she'll then take a nap, which is always good.Oh yeah, the size if PERFECT for a mid-sized to a large dog, I'm not sure about any smaller dogs. She can squeak the squeaker on it fine too, but not at first, she had to 'find out' how to do it on her own.As far as chewing it into little pieces like one person has said, I can't attest to that, and I hope that is not the case.I will return if she does end up chewing it into pieces, because she in known far and wide for that! :)

Has survived my extremely heavy chewer for 6 months! She chewed off the attached cord, and a row of "kernels" on one end, but I cut off that end and no issues since! I would highly recommend for heavy chewers. (Note, my 1-yr old dog is a 40 lb mix, but has the head of a Jack Russell Terrier, with a strong jaw, but not a big jaw).

I got this today for my dog. She loves it. But the cotton rope is not indestructible. She is an aggressive chewer and picks apart toys by the seam so I figured the rope part wouldn't last. And it lasted 15 mins. So I cut the remaing bit off. But she still loves the corn and is happily chewing on it. It seems like the corn will hold out to her chewing. I'll update if she manages to make it unsafe in a short amount of time. It's fun and she loves the squeaker part.

This arrived this morning. The dog enjoyed it for about 15 minutes before she destroyed it. Cute design but not as durable as they claim. She's a Golden Retriever and chews I think somewhat aggressively but doesn't destroy most toys, I think the corn was too realistic. 😆

My one dog is not a big fan of toys however they both have played very well with it! The rtpe part is common apart slowly but the cob is in great to shape still!!

I like the chew toy. It really is the size of a corn cob so it may not be suitable for really small dogs. I have a small dog and it can only chew on the ends and can only make it squeak on the rare occasion due to her jaw not being big enough to clamp down on it fully. It seems tough enough to survive aggressive biters (for as long as can be reasonably expected).

I have medium size dalmatian and she destroyed this toy within 5 minutes of use. Toy is hollow inside, hence very easy to crack. Not only it cracks but also fall apart in small pieces. Squeaky sound disappeared after one bite.
