I've had my CarLock system for about a year. The vibration monitors are quite sensitive and they effectively will notify me if something is up (so sensitive that motorcycles or muscle cars driving by will alert). I definitely recommend the CarLock system as it does provide effective notifications if something is going on with your car.

Simple to add to Carlock. Connectivity a breeze. Works very well. Suggestion, buy at least two.If you have a two door car, mount the sensor on the inside B pillar (if plastic) to sense doors opening AND detect a door's glass plus rear quarter glass tapping or banging. This will work for 4 door cars too. On the inside B pillar. Do not place sensor inside front door as rear sensitivity will be low and you'll need two more sensors. one for each door.Before permanent mounting, use tape to hold the sensor in place and test vibration detection. Allow a minute between sensor reactivation.Park your vehicle on a noisy busy street. Wait a few minutes to see if any false notifications. If so, reposition the sensors. When all is well, then use the 3M backing tape.I think these are pricey when you really need at least two. But they work well.

I’m a big fan of CarLock. Sometimes it takes a while to get things setup where it’s functioning accurately and consistently, but Support does a great job at working through that with you.I’m not a fan of their Tags, both the original or 2.0 because they never worked consistently enough for me or they were too sensitive.These vibration sensors though do exactly what they’re meant to. I have two hidden on frame panels of my car, one on the left side the other on the right. They work flawlessly and I’m notified typically within 10 seconds of an event. I was so pleased with how the first one I bought worked, that I got the second one for the other side. So between the main CarLock device and these two vibration sensors, I’ll now be notified regardless of where on my car an event might happen.I would definitely recommend one or two of these as a companion to the main device. They’re easy to setup and deliver on what they promise.

I set it up correctly but it rarely works. It seems to go to sleep if it hasn’t been triggered in awhile and then it just won’t wake up. I’m very disappointed that I bought this CarLock package because I wanted it for the vibration sensors more than anything and mine is bad. I don’t the GPS and other things. I want to know if somebody is messing with my Tahoe. The sensor will work if I “wake it up.†There appears to be nothing wrong with the battery. It just barely alerts me to anything. I’m angry that I wasted my money on this product. I wish I had read more reviews before buying this and paying for the service. It’s not serving the purpose that I bought it for. Now I don’t want to purchase another sensor and have it be a dud.

This is a great new product. I bought one to give it a try and put it in my driver door. My vehicle model is one of the most stolen in the entire US and I’ve added this sensor on top of multiple anti-theft measures. Anytime my door is opened or there is the smallest vibration, the sensor picks it up and sends an immediate notification to my phone. It works so well I’ve already bought a second sensor for my vehicle.

Works well! Does exactly what it says in the description. I recommend making sure it’s muted while driving because it will set off an extremely loud alarm on the app over any little bump, but that’s what also makes it great so make sure you unmute after getting out of the car.

Sensore sismico (di vibrazione) eccezionale, personalmente ne ho presi due, messi su entrambe le portiere anteriori della mia auto, ovviamente collegate a carlock obd2. L'accoppiamento, nel momento in cui hai già sottoscritto il contratto e fatto fare al prodotto il suo rodaggio è semplicissimo. Sono abbastanza sensibili da segnalare piccoli urti, rendendoti in grado di poter prevenire, se possibile, atti vandalici o fuga a seguito di un sinistro con la vostra auto parcheggiata. Personalmente sono soddisfattissimo.Aprendo l'app, molto intuitiva, si tocca il tachimetro, scorri su smartlock, su gestisci dispositivi, aggiungi un sensore di vibrazione, si apre la fotocamera per inquadrare il qr code che si trova sul sensore, svitando coperchietto con filettatura e via, è fatta.Volendo si può installare con il biadesivo, tipo quello per telepass, o altrimenti con viti. Ovviamente nascondeteli/o.Ps, aspetto con ansia lo smart tag per android... Sbrigatevi che lo voglio!!!

Easy to set up and get working. Does the job very well. I am updating my review. The Tech support service from Carlock has been great. The low battery message on the sensor issue was resolved within a couple of days with a update to the app. It was simply a incorrect message tag so nothing wrong with the device. It is working flawlessly now. Carlock tech kept in constant email support and the issue was resolved promptly. Highly recommend!
