I ordered a transfer belt for my HP printer and it came right away. I didn't install it right away until my old one finally gave out, then replaced it with the new one from CARTRA. My machine had a hard time reading the chip so I gave the company a call to help me trouble shoot. I received immediate help and attention to get the problem resolved Jeff at Cartra was quick to respond, came up with a solution and now I'm back in printing business. I appreciate the answered calls and quick solutions to the problem my old workhorse machine was giving me.

Product was exactly as described, high quality, packed securely. Installations instructions were not included but it was easily managed.

I had some issues with the previous transfer belt. I talked with Tech Support and they were so patient and spent quite a bit of time with me trying to diagnose the problem with my printer. They gave some suggestions to try and sent me a replacement transfer belt. The new belt is working much better. I still have some minor issues with my printer, some smudges and a bit of ghost printing but that seems to be a different problem to address. The streaking is no longer occurring on my print outs.

Update: About a month ago I ordered the transfer belt and it has been performing great. Excellent print quality and performance a month later with heavy usage. I just ordered a second one for our second printer.The Transfer Belt Assembly shipped right away and I receive it very timely. Easy to install. It works great and the quality of the prints is the same as the original part. This part will definitely extend the live of my printer. Thanks

This Internal Transfer Belt fits my HP LaserJet 500 Enterprise color M551 just fine. Fixed all the vertical streaking I've fought for three years. Much less expensive than HP's.
