I never write reviews but this actually surprised me, I’m not an espresso person. I’m barely a coffee person really. But this machine changes that, it makes great coffee with the lavazza pods I got. It almost doesn’t need sugar to make an iced coffee. Significantly better than a keurig. I haven’t used a nespresso before and everything I read said buy an original style one. They’re completely right. This machine was fairly cheap compared to the bigger name offerings and I can’t imagine the more expensive ones doing any better of a job. It’s small, works great and looks good in my kitchen.

The product is very good.I used a Nespresso machine in Europe and the coffee is just so much better than the Keurig we use in the US.I am talking about real coffee, not the warm milkshakes many Americans prefer. The traditional Nespresso machine had smaller aluminum cups, which this machine uses. They are very cheap in Europe from great brands like Illy, DE and Nespresso themselves with top quality coffee. As I say, I love the machine, super easy to use, and super easy to clean with great coffee for one or two cups at a time and choice between a Lungo and an Espresso or Ristretto. The even better thing is their customer service. I damaged the drip cup when it got stuck in the dishwasher and partly melted, I was hoping I could buy a new one from Casabrews, but immediately offered to send me a new drip cup free of charge. When it appeared they were out of stock, they promised to send me a new one in a few weeks when they came in. As there has been a delay in the delivery of the cups they now will send me a new machine! Best service I ever encountered! Really unbelievably good.Best coffee machine for the price for sure, coupled with best customer service, what else can you ask?

I bought this as a traveller companion for hotels that don't have coffee. It's small and compact and better than no coffee or the $11 coffee at Starbucks. It works. But it makes the worst nespresso coffee ever. Doesn't matter what capsules you put in, what brand, the coffee is soso, no crema at all and not thick, watery even on Ristretto setting. Probably the pump is weak or something. I have regular Nespresso machine from Nespresso and that makes fantastic coffee from the same capsules. Huge regrets that I didn't spent the extra for a regular Nespresso machine. If you want this to home - spend the extra bucks and go with the Nespresso machine, or buy the Verto which makes even better coffee (tho the pods are more expensive).

I am loving this machine! I looked first at the Original Nespresso brand because I want to use the original-style pods (less $$), however, the original Nespresso machines were more expensive than more recent styles (Virtuo) - makes no sense to me - so I took a chance on Casabrews. Excellent investment. Cleaning it takes some time but I suppose that would be the case with any brand. My biggest challenge is finding other-brand pods with Nespresso-quality coffee that work consistently in the Casabrews. It seems like kind of a gamble, and of course taste is subjective, but I’m having a great time enjoying fabulous espresso-coffees from this little machine!

Know before you buy: you need espresso cups in order to use this machine. The platform only fits espresso cups. My cups only fit up to Lungo brew, so i cant really use the Americano setting unless i hold tilted mug up to the apout while its brewing.Good: compact, easy to use, good brew with lovely crema, suction cups on the bottom keep the machine still. It comes with a printed user manual (thank goodness i didnt have to download or scan a qr code), quickly heats up (less than a minute), instructions include diy descaler recipe!Meh: drip tray/cartridge holder is not a tight fit and can wiggle out during brew if its wet.

I bought this as a gift to leave at my GF's house. Very happy with this machine overall. I will say, the warmup cycle takes a bit longer than either one of my name-brand Nespresso machines, and it does have a stronger vibration when running - I did witness my empty cup start to bounce and slide on the drip tray one time, so we do need to keep an eye on that. I did notice that the little legs on the bottom of the machine are actually suction cups, and if you squeeze these down onto the counter top, that helps to minimize the vibration. It makes a great cup of espresso, for about half the price of a name-brand machine. Easy to assemble, super easy to run. We've had it for about a month, and it seems durable, holding up to near-daily use with no issues. When it first powers on, the first cup thru doesn't seem super hot, so I recommend running an empty cycle to get the machine fully warmed up, which helps to clean it anyway. Once it's on and fully warmed up, it stays powered on for a good while, probably about ten minutes, so no need to repeat the warm up cycle when you're ready for a second cup. So, overall, I do still prefer my Nespresso Citz machine I have at home, but this is a great alternative to the Essenzia Mini, for example, if you're looking for Nespresso Original Line on a budget.

So far I've ran about 30 pods through the machine with no problems. The selectable coffee size is a nice feature. The machine is stylish and does not take up a lot of counter space.

Update- company contacted me and was very responsive.Would not suggest - no damage to box or product that I could see, but when I tried to use, all it did was leak all over the bottom. Would not dispense.
