This is absolutely the best serving dish I've ever used. My favorite piece in my whole kitchen. It keeps food warm and it's very easy to use.The only show I had is that the spoon came in broken and there was no way for the manufacturer to send me a new spoon. I would of have to return the entire set then purchased a new one just to get a spoon. I decided to just keep the set.

This is a handsome classic white tureen and perfect for soup for 5-7 folks. The tureen and matching ladle were wrapped separately in styrofoam paper and packaged together into two separate boxes. However, the ladle was broken into three pieces. Could not repair it with glue so threw it away. I read the same problem in other reviews but hoped I would get lucky. Like other customers I decided not to bother with a return and replace fearing it would be the same problem. Had to buy a separate ladle. So disappointed!

We are willing to spend a bit extra on a dish for family and friend dinners that not only works well but also looks nice doing it. This dish cooks well and has a pretty face.
