This is a great option if you are needing something to help you convert any cassette. Super easy to use and set up. Also the quality of the files is really good. I’m very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend it.

My computer never recognized the device, yet I downloaded the software and went right to work. It was very easy to figure out without even reading the manual. I couldn't hear the playback as I was recording, but did a test run then played back and the sound was there. I have a 40 yr old tape of my daughter when she was three and it was so awesome to convert to digital and know that I don't have to worry about it degrading. I was never wanting to play the tape because it's irreplaceable and was afraid it would break or get eaten by the machine. So this was the first time in 40 years that I've heard that sweet little voice. I am very pleased with the item and the price and everything. The software was easy to download and I may never use all the features but just getting to preserve that amazing little voice was worth the world to me!

A complete load of crap. The app required to download from the cassette player is a come on to purchase. Info I waited too long to try it out and it’s unreturnable. A waste of money.

I found a few tapes while going through some boxes. They had music and programs on them I wanted to save so I found this cassette player.Connecting it to my computer was simple with the USB cord provided. My only beef is I had to use Audicy, which isn't my favorite DAP but it was easy to set up and transfer my music from tales to MP3.Overall I'm happy with this player and it didn't break my bank account.

I was actually surprised how well this worked. I was expecting to be required to purchase some special software or upgrade it at least but no.... it worked just fine and I was easily able to convert my wifes old tapes to a digital format just in time.... one broke after the first recording it was so old.

It does transfer recordings to digital files, but it adds motor noise / feedback (ostensibly from the tape drive mechanism) to the entire recording. This results in poor audio quality. Also, the volume of the converted audio is too low, even with output volume at the maximum level.

No issues whatsoever after months of use.Good speaker sound quality. Good headphone sound quality. Easy to use. Not too bulky, fits in deep pockets. Although I've not dropped it, yet, I am afraid it may not survive but maybe it isn't as fragile as it looks?AA batteries inserted in stacked position, not side by side. Suggest getting chargeable batteries.

Simplemente no lo reconoce Windows, y lo que se recomienda en internet es comprar un software lugo de intentar ciertas rutinas de configuración que pueden ocasionar estropear lo que sà funciona bien. Los puertos usb de mis computadoras funcionan bien, es el artefacto fraudulento el que no sirve en conexión usb a las computadoras. Amazon deberÃa retirarlo de su catálogo por respeto a los clientes y al prestigio de Amazon.

I had a cassette tape from 1997 that I wanted to convert, and I'm glad that I spent the money to get it done because it was well worth it. This item does what it's supposed to do.If you follow the instructions and read the reviews, there should be sufficient information to either buy this or buy something else. It's always a judgment call.

Mainly when driving connect to Auxiliary input. I use it on long drives have so much music on cassettes from years ago. This is a good way for me to listen to tapes I haven't played in 25 years.
