Nicely finished, slot width makes gripping the ends easy, perfect dimensions to fit into the "laptop" sleeve in my 5.11 Rush 12 backpack. That being said, the next size up would not fit into the sleeve/pocket, this 30lb. plate is snug.Overall this plate is as advertised, great value $/lb., can't believe these things qualify for free shipping!

This is a high quality plate with the sharp edges beveled down then evenly coated. Makes for an excellent addition to my routine, especially with squats and narrow bench press. The handles work perfectly.

Weight is weight. These fit the GoRuck Rucker 4.0 perfectly at a fraction of the cost to everyone else. I have had no issues with these. I am not sure how anyone could tbh.

I believe this seller would probably sell a lot more of the 30 lb plates if they would actually post correct dimensions. The width posted is inaccurate, it's actually the same as the 45 lb plate. It's absolutely a perfect size for the Rucker 4.0 long pocket and at a great prize.I'm knocking off one star because it's 29.4 lbs and not 30 lbs as described. Also, the finish is meh with a ding on one side as shown in the picture. I'm personally not too concerned with that since I don't plan on taking it out but it's worth noting for those who might be using it for a different application.

You can also beef up the ruck with two 45’s if you’re physically and medically cleared by your doc to do so. No complaints. Get out there and RUCK!

This was an exact fit for my long pocket in the GoRuck Rucker 4.0 bought June 2024. I have now a 20lbs standard plate from GoRuck and this 30lbs long plate. There is no meaningful difference between the fit and finish. This is an incredible value. I love the Rucker 4.0 and it is worth the quality materials/build, but after getting this plate... I could not recommend the GoRuck plates at 3-4x the cost. MAYBE if you needed a shorter plate you should go GoRuck. But this long plate is perfect.
