It won't even track when the animal is less than 50 feet away. This product does not work. It fell off the collar and is untrackable even though we know it's just behind the house. The GPS almost never works. Total waste of money. I would return it if I could find it. Pretty sad you can't locate a GPS device that's within a couple hundred feet of you.

Perfect, this tracks my cat. I can always see where he is. Now I know he just actually stays around my house. Which make me feel better.

Worst product ever tried for 4 hours to get an 8 at any app to work with it, and nothing work. Everything kept going into the stupid QR Code that you put in there, and it doesn't match. Nothing. And does it bring anything up so that the tracker doesn't work? What good does it do me if I can't track my animal? This quality sucks

I really like most things about this, it's not the fanciest with all the bells and whistles, but it does do what it says it will. The fact that there are no fees and I don't have to re charge the battery are a big plus. I also like that I can add more than one tracker to the app, which is extremely simple, and took about 30 seconds to download, set up the tracker and start to use. Since it works with Find My Device, it is dependent on being around other devices it can ping off. Sometimes it doesn't show me the latest location for hours later. This is still definitely worth having, even as a backup though. I'm still going to use it, but I might need to find another also, that works in real time.

Great tag for our kitty. Had issues with the app at first but finally got it figured out. If you need something to tag your outdoor kitties then this is it! Easy to install and seems great so far. If anything negative comes up I will update!

The app is pretty useless unless you're already on top of tag. My cat wanders through thick brush and is always losing her collar. This device gives you no idea where to start looking. I had 3 bicycle icons on my map and I went to each of them. When I tried to make the tag make a noise it just said it wasn't close enough to make sound. What are the bicycles for then? No videos or instructions. Save your money!!! Now the tag is lost and I can't even return for refund.

It only works well if cat is around or in the house. It doesnâ€™t track the catâ€™s movements.

Bought this because it was compatable with android without any usage subscriptions. If it is close you can play hot or cold with a distance measurement on the app - which works great! If it is out of range it will ping off of other nearby phones to get a last known location with time and date of ping. This is a necessity for any pet owner whos fur baby goes outside or even tries! And its super cute!
