I got a pet water fountain from amazon vine and sadly that brand doesn’t have replacement filters listed for sale but I found this brand and they are exactly the same and a good value. Since my cats really enjoy drinking from that fountain because it’s quiet and I like that it’s got a pump that doesn’t get damaged if the water runs out I decided to try these filters so I can keep using that fountain and it was the best idea. I had another brand of fountain that had a pump that was a suction style pump before it would get noisy when the water got low and scared the cats so I was happy to see a company bothered to make a replacement filter for this new fountain.

Great but came with outdated or incorrect assembly instructions. The parts included did not match the instructions. I was able to force it together though, and now it works fine.

This product works really well. Problem is that I was shorted two of the black filters. Only received 6 when there should have been 8. I didn’t check when I received the box and have only just realized it.Make sure your count matches what you are supposed to get.

good but since you replace the reg filters more often, there should be twice as many as the sponge rings in the pack

I ordered a 24 pack (12+12) and as you can see they only sent a 16 pack, and the were just stuffed in a plastic bag so packaging was very poor as well, and they weren’t the cheapest but had a lot of stars.I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.STAY WELL CLEAR.
