Our one year old and 15 year old cats don’t get along. (It’s been a long year) they’re indoor and they each have their own perch and they LOVE IT! Our 15 yr old Kashmir has her blankie on it , where Kosmo the 12lb baby is easy peasy. It’s super sturdy. It comes with small bumpers for the wall (I noticed posting this pic, my wall is scuffed) b/c Kosmo jumps on it and though it holds him up, it moves on impact . Kashmir weighs merely 4 lbs, she’s always been a little runt. Needless to say, Kosmo (the 1 yr old big boy) jumps on Kashmir’s perch when she’s not in it. Reason for scuff , and me not following directions. I was so excited to put them up for the fur babies . The white fur bed it comes with is super soft, sturdy wood frame and adjusts easily. The kitty paw is on the side is a cute addition! And super easy to put together . I got 3! One for the front room (not pictured) side window, and my bedroom, where Kashmir sleeps . I would buy again for sure!!

I purchased this HEMWEE Cat Window Perch in mid-December of 2023. It measures approximately 21.5" wide x 15" deep x 6.5" high, and has a fairly thick, but light weight, wood base. There were simple to follow instructions and the perch was very easy to put together. I think it took less than 5-10 minutes. If I remember correctly, most parts just screw together, and the fabric just stretches and wraps over wood dowels and is secured with velcro.I tried it in two different windows and it only worked in the second one. The first window had angled window trim so the pads of the perch couldn't sit flush which prevented me from being able to stabilize it in that window. Then, I tried in a newer window (the one shown in the photos) which has more modern windows and trim, and the "legs" set flush and it fit great. So, just make sure that the area underneath the window where you want to mount the perch is flat!It is fairly simple to operate, with black knobs that allow you to adjust it to fit your specific window; however, they were a little hard to tighten and loosen. However, once it was tightened, the perch is super sturdy, and doesn't move at all. It also comes with two rubber stoppers with adhesive backing that you can add to the "legs" to protect your wall which I thought was a nice touch. The only other issue I have with this perch is that the fabric that makes up the seat is fairly thin, and there is no padding at all, as you can see from the photo of the underside of the perch. You can actually see light coming through it during the afternoon. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be sturdy enough to hold my cat, and she's small at around 8-10 pounds. With that said, I have had the perch in the window for about 2 months now, and the cat jumps up into it, and sits and lays in it for hours each day without any issues, and the velcro stays firmly sealed in place. Also, when the cat is sitting or laying in the perch, the fabric pulls in a bit resulting in a bit of a gap (maybe 1/2 - 3/4") between the edges of the fabric and the edges of the perch, but it doesn't seem to bother the cat at all. Refer to the photos for a visual of this.Interestingly, it took her about a week or so before she would even get on it. I'd set her on it and she would immediately jump down. Sometime during the second week, she started exploring a bit, but didn't stay for any length of time, but by the third week, she was spending hours in it every day and still does. She seems to really love it.

It was easy to assemble and attach to the windowsill, it holds my cat. He is 16 pounds and it holds him, he loves it. I see him in it every morning and it's his safe space when we have company. The fabric is so soft.

My cat loves this window “shelfâ€. It turned out to more of a hammock as there is no solid bottom but is very sturdy and doesn’t require and hardware to attach to the wall. It’s also very cute with the side cut outs. The assembly was a little tougher than I expected as the end screws were tough to get tightened on the back side but I was able to get it tight enough to work. The cat loves it and that’s the important part!!

My cats love these. I bought 3 of them. Easy assembly. When I bought them I knew they were too wide for 2 of my planned window locations. I simply cut the dowels 2" shorter prior to assembly and they worked perfect.

Cats like it, decent size, seems like cats of all sizes will fit.
