****Updated Review****I would like to send a special thanks to the seller for responding quickly and resolving any issues. I had a little hiccup with the first package that I received but after contacting the seller, he worked with me and getting me a new one that had no faults in the metal at all. The wood was too dark for me so I sanded it and then stained it a lighter color to match the house countertop. Overall, my wife is very pleased with the product, the durability is amazing, and just looks great in that area for us. I love your product and in the future if I need to buy something similar again I will definitely look at your products. A+++****Preview Review***Open the box and this is the first thing I noticed where the glass holder was bent and it's a thicker metal so we just couldn't bend it back and looks like the paint started chipping from the bent area so unfortunately it was not to our satisfaction. The joints were horrible too, bulky and not clean. The color was what we were looking for but on the wood there was a large knot that was just not very attractive. I see there are other reviews regarding the same issue where the glass bar is bent. This is the only thing we needed to finish our coffee/liquor area and now we're still waiting to get it done because people can't send good product.

While I appreciate its contemporary design and overall sturdiness, there were a couple of issues that required significant adjustments.1. The supplied screws simply couldn’t handle the weight capacity as advertised. We had to replace them with heavy-duty screws and even re-drill into the rack for added security.2. The spacing of the rack didn’t align with the width of the ceiling joists. This forced us to open up the ceiling and reinforce the top before we could successfully hang the rack. This definitely was not as easy as “simply hanging it up.â€In summary, while the ceiling rack eventually met our needs after some modifications, the initial setup fell short of expectations due to the screws and spacing issues. If you’re willing to invest extra time and effort into installation, it can be a stylish addition to your space, but be prepared for some additional work along the way.

Shelf’s are good but the glass racks came damaged , tried to contact seller to replace the glass shelf’s but no answer .

First, the wood shelves had no pre drilled hole or pre dried etc so you really need to make sure your spot to put the screws lines up with the vertical and horizontal supports( the directions don’t this. )Perhaps the holes are supposed to be there and mine just isn’t but idk!IF the holes were prettied OR the directions were clearer it wouldn’t have been too bad.

OK, the first time out of the box the shelf was great, but rack itself for glasses was bent. I contacted customer service. They responded with huge apology and fixed it. Hey accidents/ manafacturing flaws happen, and they said they'd keep a closer eye on it. SO unexpected- what a very pleasent surprise. Really like the shelf/ set up. The metal on this rack is very sturdy, and wooden shelves work well. We may replace one of the shelves with a longer one so there is a place to mount a paper towel holder, but that's just because of our kitchen set up. Again-- thanks to customer service ;)

This is such a great addition to my coffee/wine bar. This was mounted above my bar table and it provides lots of storage space for cups and extra bottles of wine while keeping my bar top spacious to enjoy. Assembly process was fairly easy with simple to follow instructions. The quality feels pretty sturdy with the metal frame and wood shelf. Mounting it to the ceiling was the more challenging part. Using a stud finder to find the stud and having extra hands to help hold it up.

Easy to assemble, looks attractive. Installation the the ceiling not simple considering the weight of the contents.
