Very slick - got to use it for the first time last night and it did just what it was supposed to in spite of the clouds and the trees. Instructions were all spot on and results were excellent.

A bit of learning curve to setup. If using any other accessory in addition to the StarSense, then make sure your 12VDC power supply is up to the challenge. I've upgraded my power supply to 5 amp and ran a 12VDC splitter to drive focus motor. My Celestron goto mount does a quick alignment and will go to things I had hoped to find but couldn't before.

I have multiple setups and 2 mountsOrion HDX which used the syncscan controller and a CGEM DX ... both controllers are replaced by the star sense hand controller. The Orion requires you to use the multiport adapter where the celestron does not.It works very well! It didn't work well with the ZWO Air but expecting an update soon. You can use a PC with CPWI and a usb to the star sense camera or the hand controller. SkySafari 6 pro has starsense support.The only thing I cannot do is set up with a 90 deg offset for dual scope tubes on the HDX. yet

It works all right with the HC, but I would have been far happier if it worked with SkySafari like the SS for Celestron mounts does. Once you get it calibrated with the HC, you connect to the HC with SkyPortal via a usb cable and use SkySafari, just adds a few semi annoying steps.

Perfecto. Ha llegado muy rápido. Me hacÃa falta para mañana sábado y ha llegado justo a tiempo. Ahora solo falta probarlo. :)Añado una actualización a mi comentario.NO FUNCIONA. Me ha dejado tirado este sábado. TenÃa preparado una review del producto y no funciona. He probado de todo, actualizar el firmware, el ordenador, la montura, y nada de nada. Y el teléfono de contacto de soporte técnico no existe. Al parecer a otro cliente le paso exactamente o mismo y tuvo que devolverlo hace poco.

Arrived early. Well packaged. Easy setup for both my 6" skywatcher and 8" celestron. Update from celestron site was easy enough. Requires a camera to usb cable(not included). Level your mount and do a polar alignment and have your telescope in park position before you do the auto alignment. The auto alignment is fairly quick 3-4 minutes. Once that is complete you will need to adjust the telescope with the star sense.

Ottima la telecamera Starsense che la si puo' controllare anche da Smartphone tramite app Skyportal con il modulo sempre Wifi SkyQ Link 2 sempre della Celestron , meno bene la Hand Controller che e' arrivata non funzionante per cui ho chiesto il reso e preso un altro starsense sempre qui su amazonAggiornamento 30/09/2021E' arrivato il secondo Starsense ( del primo devo ricevere il rimborso spero presto...) e su questo funziona tutto sia la fotocamera che il tastierino (Hand Controller)...montato , calibrato e allineato in 10 minuti...una volta fatta la prima calibrazione poi , se non si tocca la fotocamera , si puo' riallineare in qualche minuto senza dover ripetere la prima (piu' lunga ma non difficile) procedura....estremamente soddisfatto per velocita' di allinemento e precisione sia su oggetti planetari che deep sky
