Our fabric roll rug tool consists of four parts, from large to small, called A, B, C, D, A and B can be combined, C and D can be combined
How to use
1. Place batting on top of wrong side of fabric
2. Fold both edges to center and insert the fabric and batting strips through part A
3. Place part B on the batting strip and click into place with part A
4. Pull the fabric and batting strips through parts A/B
5. Insert the folded fabric and batting strips into part C to fold again
6. Place part D on top of the fabric and batting strips and click into place with part C
7. Pull the fabric and batting strips though parts C/D
8. Keep the position of paired units A/B and C/D close to the needle plate and slide along as you sew

My review is for the Ceoighe 2 Set Fabric Tube Maker for Fabric Roll Rugs, Fabric Roll Tube Maker for Rugs, Bias Tape Maker Suitable for Fabric DIY, Making Fabric Roll Rugs Easier 676226, Patented Design(Green)Side note: I'm surprised its patented design, considering I thought Clover brand had created this item originally. That said, I actually have THAT version as well, to easily compare/verify these work as indicated.I like that you get several sizes, though I only ever use the bigger one. They are perfect for MANY things...but for me, it's jelly roll rug or go home! These work really well, and you can put your clips away if you decide to use these!I like that these have a hole in them to presumably string each individual item together so you don't lose the individual (SMALL) pieces.The only downside is that they do not come with directions for use. Thankfully I knew how to use from my prior Clover experience, but for such a niche item, it really should come with a sheet of step-by-step instructions!Bottom line: I would possibly purchase again. The price is ON POINT.

Once I got things put together properly it worked very well. I only wish there was an easy way to attach it to the sewing table or something. I would recommend watching some youtubes on it and that will help.

I won’t have time to make a rug until after the holidays, but I wanted to try this tube maker before it was stuck under the tree. I like that it’s a bright color. It makes it easier to see the pieces and it’s less likely that you’ll lose one. I’ve never tried using a tube maker before and I don’t sew very often, so I just tried it with a strip of cotton without batting. Once I got the hang of it, it worked pretty well. I will definitely practice with the batting a few times before I move on to my rug. This tube maker was priced less than the one my local sewing center sells and it seems to work. I would recommend this product to others looking for a tube maker for making rugs.
