I never used any of these cervical pillows before and was very skeptical. Much different at first compared to standard pillow. After using it now for almost 2 months it has helped reduce my neck pain and I realized how horrible my old, standard pillow was. Now I have to take this everywhere I travel! I sleep much better at night now.

At first, it seemed too tight and it does crunch my pillow just a tiny bit, but still much easier than the original one that it came with.

It was a bit of a struggle to get it on. Maybe that's because of the design of the cervical pillow making it harder. I'm not really sure. It could also easily be a design flaw of the pillow case or shrinkage somehow.The zipper doesn't feel to be of too high quality so I'm a bit worried it won't last. I wouldn't be surprised if it breaks off eventually. The design also isn't as appealing as other cases I've seen.Personally... I would not get this item again if I could rewind time.I'll also be honest... I misread what the product was originally. I didn't realize it was just a pillow case and if I didn't happen to already have a cervix pillow of similar design this would have been completely useless. As is it's basically just a spare pillowcase to swap in between laundry loads.When I got this item it was $14.99. Even that seemed overpriced to me. As of writing this review it's now $17.99. I understand cervical pillows are a bit more unique thus perhaps it's a bit harder to make them thus the increased price is due to requiring more complex machinery or something.I'll be honest, when I saw the price I thought it was just a cheaper cervical pillow. There's not many cervical pillowcases on sale from what I saw. Cervical pillows typically run $30+. I personally don't feel the case alone is worth half a cervical pillow.But comparing prices they seem to be anywhere from $10-20. If this had a better design and higher quality zipper I'd say it's not that badly priced. But personally I think this should be like $10-12.So I can't justify rating it 5 stars
