This product is fantastic. We'll built, very sturdy. But weighs very little. Also very compact. A few draw backs listed as follows; the U shaped buckle is flimsy and made of plastic. Broke the first time I attached it. However I simply use a rubber tooth clamp in its place. I figured out that turning the spool of spent paper backwards NOT the motor driver itself but the paper makes it much easier to remove. I also discovered the counter does reset. However it seems fragile. Becareful. You can bypass the length adjustment by pulling extra label out manually and it will trick the machine into feeding more out.

This labeler worked great until it had 1 issue. Excellent customer service though and sending a replacement. Would recommend.

This product is more trouble than it's worth. Labels often times get do not peel and feed as they should. Spend more time unclogging and re-setting up than it's worth. Human hands can peel off a roll in their hand much faster than this machine when considering all the time spent setting up and unclogging.

We have packaging assembly lines that require three labels to be applied to the package and these dispensers are essential to attaining maximum productivity in the process.

Recently bought this label dispenser and it worked fairly well for what was needed. Needed a second one because the change over time between types of labels is rather time-consuming due to needing lots of adjustment before getting the right length and speed. The second one arrived today but it is missing one of the rubber feet so it doesn’t sit correctly and wobbles on the table. tried to figure out how to get a hold of customer service, but there is no contact information with the materials provided and no method to reach out to them for support. I would love if they could reach out to me. It is important to note that the labels wanted to shift to the right and bind up and took a lot of set up that I don’t think should be necessary with such a simple machine. I am also using 3 inch cores, and it would have been great to have two of the core inserts rather than just one.

We bought one of these and one of the TAL450 label dispensers to test side by side. The TAL450 is significantly more expensive, but it is more powerful and robust. We are using these in a production environment, so we needed the higher quality. I would expect this cheaper one would work fine for occasional use in a less demanding environment, but I would not bet on it for all day, every day production.

Delivered today and set up is very easy. Do what it suppose to do. Speed and length button are used to adjust label dispensing. Sensor works well too. The transparent plastic cover is too tide to let the label go through and I have no idea how to loose it. Have to manually put a pad under the cover to force a larger gap. Overall is good.

It works fine in slower modes but if you speed up its not holding the lenght. But it helps a lot :-)
