This is a great addition to my shop. The size of this scale is great as for the rating it is not bulky and easy to use. I will add a swivel to the top side to make even easier to setup and turn display in any direction. I recommend this for 2 tons.

I picked this up to weigh our engines and transmissions in the garage. It's nice to track weight differences before and after when installing new parts. Display is clear and easy to read. Switching between units is simple (after reading the manual and reading the interface) The included batteries aren’t brand name but work for the time being. Only really used it once so far. Build quality feels solid. I'd say it might even be overbuilt. While I haven’t tested its full capacity, nor do I want to do so.. it holds up well for automotive use. My only gripe is that I wish the battery door was a bit easier to remove. Overall I can recommend.

I would have given it a 5 star but the screw holes for the battery compartment are not great stripped out the first time I opened it. Had to put some glue in the holes to make the screws hold

The first thing I noticed about this scale was its weight and heavy duty construction. Once the battery is in and the scale is secured, managing the scale is straight forward. There’s an on/off button, unit selection button, and a button to zero out the weight for instances when there’s a constant initial weight, like a feed basket. All buttons work as expected. Both the hanging ring and hook are of heavy duty alloy steel. Both the hanging ring and hook are removable, so you could replace them with your own ring and hook object. I often like to use these kinds of scales to things on the fly, perhaps with an assistant holding the scale. The hanging loop is too difficult to hold for heavy weights, but it’s easy enough to replace the loop with a hanger designed for gripping. Similarly, the hook has a clip opening, and while it’s easy to wrestle heavy objects onto the hook, unclipping the weight is cumbersome when the weight is heavy enough to require 2 hands to lift. But again, the hook can easily be replaced with something more accommodating. I did have to seek out a jeweler’s screwdriver before I was able to put the battery into the scale. All in all, I’m very happy with this scale.

This digital crane scale works really well and is a great addition to any setup. It’s heavy-duty, sturdy, and built to handle up to 220 pounds with ease. The switchable key feature makes it simple to use, and it provides accurate readings every time. If you need a reliable hanging scale, this one gets the job done. Definitely recommend it!

I got this to attach to my ceiling winch. The winch puts the weight into the ceiling rafters, so I want to make sure that when I'm lifting stuff out of my truck bed I can monitor the weight. I don't want to overload the rafter. My scale is not going to be used outdoors, so I think it will hold up really well. It functions as expected, no complaints at all. I would recommend it.

Pros: This digital crane scale is incredibly accurate and easy to read.The switch between kg and lb is super convenient and makes it easy to use for different applications.Cons: The battery life could be slightly longer, especially for frequent use.Fun Fact: Did you know that one of the earliest uses of scales was to weigh precious metals like gold and silver? This is where the word "scale" itself likely originated!
