Easy to put together. Chair is very sturdy and comfortable. Adjusts easily for a stand-up desk. Love the adjustable foot rest. Definitely would recommend.

I've been using this chair for work for almost three years and it looks and feels brand new! I have even purchased two more for coworkers because we enjoy them so much. I'm a ~230 lbs woman and have had zero issues with cracking or splitting seats like some of the other reviews. I highly recommend this chair!

I bragged about this chair when I got it. Comfortable, rolled easy, stable. But here I am at 11 months in and the chair broke across the seat about half way across. It was a huge noise of eking and cracking on the first day it made noise and then the next two days just little noises. Now four days into the chair self destructing, there is a huge crake across the seat of the chair. The underlayer of chip board shows through and shows the poor materials of the chair. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with this chair. I am a potter who uses the chair at my hand building station/bench. So pretty much I sit roll here and there to pick up a tool and get up and down several times a day, three to five days a week. It is pretty light use. Not sure what to do next but I won’t be replacing this chair with the same brand as this. Save your money.UPDATE: I contacted the seller and in less than a week they have answered all my questions and replaced the seat that was broken. Amazing customer service!!

First, it really WAS easy to assemble. And it is easy to move up and down, adjustable to many positions. But the surprise was the back. I hadn't even been focused on the back as I rarely lean back when I am working (Painting, actually). But, the back on this chair feels like a mini massage. When I stop to assess my progress, I now make it a point to lean back as it gives my back a much-needed rest. LOVE this chair~

Just what I need for working at our kitchen counter. The assembly instructions were a bit light on detail, but once I figured out a couple things I assembled it by myself with no tools in about 15 minutes: 1) the 5 casters require a firm force to seat them in their receptacles; 2) connection of the back bar to the seat back requires removal of the knurled knob on the rear of the seat back and its washers, placing the seat back in front of the back bar and replacing the knob and washers as shown on the provided illustration. (A fact I missed or misunderstood was that the instructions say the hinge for the back rest "is placed in front of the back bar, not on top or over the back bar.") The footrest ring is adjustable higher or lower (lower works best for me); the seat adjusts up and down using a lever under its right side and the seat back adjusts up or down by loosening and tightening a knurled knob (down works best for me for lumbar support). The wheels roll easily; in fact, I must take care when mounting the seat in its elevated position to keep the chair from rolling out from under me.

I ordered the chair for my kitchen.I cook a lot and don't want to stand all the time. The chair arrived quickly.Initially, I was frustrated by the assembly. There was one point where the instructions were not clear. The seller was great though and worked with me to help me finish the assembly. The chair is very comfortable. It is really a great help.Being able to adjust the height is awesome.I highly recommend both the chair and the seller. They are a model of what a seller should be.

After having this stool for a couple years and using it moderately in my shop (a couple times a week), I feel comfortable reviewing this stool fairly.First, the sad reality is that anyone trying to buy a heavy duty stool or chair quickly discovers that there are few, if any, good options on the market. With that in mind, at first I thought this was one of the better of the bad options out there. But after a couple years of use and being well under 450lbs I have a whole list of complaints:1. The screws on the backrest and the foot ring will not stay tight, so you’re constantly having to adjust both. Even after I sacrificed adjustability and used loctite on them, within a week they still came lose. It’s maddening.2. The plastic base broke where the wheels slot into. It looks like they didn’t use a thick enough plastic for the lateral stress wheel stems are always going to be under. That’s inexcusable. I replaced the base with a metal one and kept using the chair though.3. Eventually, after a year, the seat cracked. as in the hard polymer plastic material that the seat is made of split in several places. Sure, I sit on the edge of my seat when working sometimes, but still, no excuse. Worse, it’s dangerous and it tore my pants when it broke and could have been much worse. I screwed a piece of plywood on the bottom of the chair to keep it cracking more but come on, it shouldn’t have broken.4. I’ve had to replace the cylinder within 6 months as it wouldn’t hold its height anymore. Again, I’m a big guy but not 450lbs so this is another I excusable and potentially dangerous product defect. So here I sit with a broken chair that I’ve had to replace numerous parts on, modify defects on, and repair repeatedly, and for the money, they should be embarrassed to sell this chair. I had such high hopes for it because it looked so sturdy, but I should have just got another junk chair for half the price and saved my money at least because I certainly didn’t get twice the quality.
