To make the mats deliver them to you more efficiently, they are shipped in a rolled-up form.
For the first-time use, please carefully unfold the mat and then press it down with a heavy object for a period of time. This will help the mat regain its flatness more quickly.
We recommend having a partner assist you in unrolling the mat, as it will make the process easier.
Generally, it takes 2-24 hours to quickly remove wrinkles using the above methods, and the duration depends on the indoor temperature.

I love, love, love this desk! I needed an extra large space for my watercolors and ordered this desk. I was amazed at how beautiful , classy, and heavy duty the desk is! My husband and I easily put it together (we are both in our seventies). This is an excellent value, and I would highly recommend it. If you’re going to use it for art projects, I’d recommend putting a vinyl pad on top to protect the surface in case you want to repurpose it in the future.

Don't be deterred by the negative reviews about how hard it was to unpack and flatten. Mine was delivered after being in a cold (12 degree day )delivery truck for 6 to 8 hours. Yes, out of the box it was hard as a rock. As a tube I stood it up on end over a heating vent overnight. By morning it was far more pliable. As to unrolling it, I cleared a large area on my Livingroom rug and began to unroll the mat. I live alone and had no help, I have a torn rotator cuff and lots of lower back pain, but unrolling it was manageable. As I unrolled it, I weighed it down with several 1 gallon water jugs (because that's what I had on hand). Few hours later, I moved it my office area. I'm happy with this product!

The mat is exactly what you would expect. Perfect... except It was tough to roll out, and the final end of it won't straighten out. I may have to cut it off to make it not be a walking hazard.

I have had different chair mats over the last 3 or 4 years. I had a tempered glass one that shattered. I had a carpet one and a smaller plastic one, the edges on those would get caught if i pushed my chair too far back or too far to one side This one is much bigger. I don't put it under the desk,just have it very wide in front of my computer desk. It works much better for me. the only small complaint I have is that it comes very tightly rolled in a long cardboard box and took several days under heavy weight to flatten. Also, the little pointy things on the underside are very hard and pointy and I jammed one under my thumb nail when trying to flatten it. It works well on our medium shag carpet. I would not use it on a wood floor.

I bought this mat on Jan. 7, 2025. Here I sit on Feb. 24 and have MULTIPLE locations where the mat has broken. Almost certainly this mat met an early demise because it arrived rolled... despite spending days tying to get it flattened out, I finally just gave up and put it under my desk. I weigh 94 kg and my desk chair has 5 casters. Within 3-4 weeks I had the first crack... now it has become a joke (see photo).I have this in my basement office... low-pile carpet. I have a similar mat at another office that I bought from an office supply store (i.e. came flat) that has no issues after 4+ years.My recommendation... don't bother with this mat. You'll never get it flat... and it will break in a month or two.

The chair sinks into the pad making it hard to roll your chair.. I was going to return it right away but it was too hard for me to roll up by myself to get into. the box. I but it back down and decided to to try it for a while hoping it world get better. I also couldn't find one that world work any better.

Was concerned it might be made cheap, but it's actually not. It's very sturdy, just he right height, and it is nicely functional for two computers, writing, and my monitor. I really like it!

Order arrived very quickly. This product is medium to thin weight. It was a project and a half to get the thing un-rolled. I'm not a person lacking strength. One unrolled and weighted down per the instructions I waited a few days for it to flatten out. It kind of just wanted to roll back up. I got the Idea to use a hair dryer to gently heat the plastic to help it relax. That worked. Waited a few more days for it to get the waviness out of it. Still to no avail. Mat presents a trip hazard. Am returning and will purchase a higher quality product. I really liked the size of this one though.

It was great when I first got it, but over time it started curling up. 2 years later I’m throwing it out because it’s too curled

No issues with the mat so far, it sits well in the floor, it doesn’t move when I’m moving around and it’s easy to clean just by vacuum.
