Amazing mat!! I do believe it may have saved our house from burning down when a damaged phone cord started heating up and melting the mat. We couldn't find the source of the smell for hours but once we found it and saw that the mat had prevented it from starting the carpet on fire we were so grateful we had bought the mat days before. This Matt has proven to be high quality and extremely durable.

I bought this as a lower maintenance alternative to a rug for my desk. It does its job, is durable and doesn’t seem to be moving around on the hard wood floor. I will say that it took several days to flatten out but I’m not sure if that’s because of the basement location with no heat, or because the material itself is thick and shipped to the northeast during winter.

Do not expect much from a product this inexpensive. Product arrived rolled up, so it was a pain to layout. The vinyl flexes under the weight in turn causing drag on the wheels. You will need to take some of your weight off the chair to move. It is better than trying to roll on carpet, but not much better. If you have mobility issues, this may not be the best choice.

The office Chair Mat is a nice large size and would cover a lot of area, unfortunately it is WAY to thin and I will probably be returning it for that reason alone.

I have had this floor mat for about a week now and the corners and edges have still not flattened out. It is also difficult to role my chair around because the mat, which is plastic of course, is so soft that the wheels have created indents so you get stuck in one position. I usually prefer the when the mat arrives already flattened out, there seems to be a better indicator of quality.

Bought this for my office, I have hardwood floors so this helps protect it. This one is huge so just be aware of this given it can be too oversized. Seems to work like a protective layer so it's easy for roll-y chairs.
