I have used this for about 3 weeks straight now at 40 years old. You get a solid 30 to 35 minutes in lotus position before your legs go numb which is pretty good. Great material as well.

This is a perfect size and quality for my 36†meditation cushion. It could be used on its own but I used mine as an insert. Comfortable for sitting on the floor.
