It's not great. I wouldn't have reviewed, but the seller sent an email asking me to. Cutting even a soft cheese like Feta, the wire doesn't want to follow the slot in the base. I used the slicer today. The hinge for the wire cutting mechanism is way too sloppy. Soft cheeses like Feta are hard to cut with a knife, thus why I bought this cutter, but it disappointed... Definitely not worth $25, or even $20 which I paid a few days ago...

This cheese slicer board works well. It is made of metal which makes clean up fairly easy. The wires are sturdy, and I love that it comes with extras. I really like the measurements on the board, to help keep the cheese squares/rectangles the same size if you use the measurements. It is easy to store since it's not too large, also. I am pleased with this cheese slicer board.
