Don’t be afraid to order this amazing machine it is amazing I did beef jerky for the first time and used this to marinate and it took 20 minutes and the jerky came out amazing full of flavor and the meat was saturated in the marinade definitely worth the money and the build quality is great.

I no longer have to plan ahead with meals. No more ziplock bags in the fridge for a day! This is awesome and works very well. The flavor result is crazy. I was not expecting this appliance to boost the prep and flavor game of meals the way it does.I typically will meal prep lunches every week.I pull this out, add my chicken and marinade, and it's ready to be cooked within 20 minutes. The canister is a sturdy plastic with a secured lid. I have had this product for a year now and it doesnt leak.Prepping and use is simple. Two buttons is all it takes.It is very easy to clean and has minimal mess. While it's not a home necessity, it really does make life easy. Especially with kids and all, not having to worry about extra hours, etc to marinade is a game changer!Beyond happy with the purchase!

Definitely does a good job of speeding up marination, but the act of the meats rolling around and around in there make sure that the marinade coats everything absolutely perfectly.UPDATE #1: I returned the unit because it was leaking air. The seller was good about sending a replacement. But now the second lid is leaking air. I would like to say that I used each lid two or three times before both of them started leaking. Keep in mind, that without a vacuum inside the chamber, the lid will fall off and anything inside will spill out, so you can't even use it as a rolling barrel without the vacuum, making it useless.UPDATE #2:The company has been very good about sending me replacements. They promptly sent me another lid and it seems to be working fine now. I think the first unit I got was used, and the second one I got just had a defective lid. The point is, they stand behind their product.

Have used this at least 10 times in 4 months and the seal fails constantly making a meat marinade mess of the machine, counters and cabinets. When it works, it is great but it has been completely unreliable and most disappointing. For a pricey machine to have such a flaw for so many people is no coincidence. So many people say product replacement requests go nowhere. If this seller won’t stand behind this faulty product, Amazon should intervene.UPDATE: contacted seller regarding repair/replacement due to leaking lid. In less than 24 hours, I received a kind reply. The rep believes the lid is faulty and confirmed my address for shipping a new lid. They definitely stood behind their product on this one. Truly hope this solves the problem as I love this awesome little machine! Pleased with customer service received so far!

Tumble jerky and works great . A little smaller than I thought so don’t work well with any more than 4-5 lbs of meat even tho it say up to 10. Also easy to clean and operate .
