I purchased this after being influenced to make crepes from a video online. It did not disappoint! The price mark was good for the product, and it is so lightweight & east to use! I like the bamboo spreader that it comes with as well. That was a nice added bonus! It is also the perfect size to make crepes. My family also used this to make pasta shells for manicotti. It is so delicious & easy to make with this pan! I told my family members about it, and they have also purchased this to make the manicotti as well! Highly recommend!

I thought that I already owned the perfect crêpe pan: a small copper crêpe pan from France that has been in my family and used often for almost 70 years! I have never been able to find another one just like it, and was thrilled to inherit that one from my mother. The ONLY reason I purchased this second pan was so that I could reduce “crêpe production timeâ€, by preparing crêpes in two pans at the same time. Much to my delight, this pan actually surpasses the performance of my beloved, well-used and seasoned little French copper pan. The weight is just right , the insulated handle is the correct length and obviates the need for using a potholder. Moreover, every crêpe made in this pan was perfectly cooked (even the notoriously stubborn first crêpe did not have to be sacrificed) and slid out of the pan effortlessly. Clearly, I NOW have the perfect crêpe pan. I could not be more pleased with this purchase.

Great pan. Perfect size crepes. Not one crepe stuck! I did not receive the bamboo spreader though.

I actually bought this pan thinking - due to the picture insert - that the handle detached. (Also because it popped up in a search specifically requesting that.) It does NOT detach - just FYI. But I kept it because it heats up quickly, makes much better toast than my Calphalon and is also allegedly better for you because it's made of steel, not aluminum underneath the coating. It is weird to have eggs with no butter - it really isn't needed. So you get healthier if not as savory food quickly with easy clean up. Have not yet used it for crepes, but will do so soon.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas one year. As his family has a recipe from his grandma for crepes and he makes the best ones from it! So amazing he loves it as it doesn’t stick, distributes the heat evenly, has not shown any type of wear! Seriously love it!!! It gets used almost a few times a week as well!

I bought this Chefmade pan specifically for cooking eggs and omelets. I use it only on weekends, so at most, it's been used 20-30 times. It is used only on an induction stove top at medium or low temperatures. It has already burned through so it shows on the top of the pan. This seems odd as I have many pans, nonstick, carbon steel, stainless steel, and cast iron, and none have ever burned and they were even used at high temperatures. This pan just can't take any amount of heat. The other thing is, it is terrible for omelet making. I thought it would be good with the low lip but this turned out to be the opposite. Because there is very little resistance at the edge, omelets slide off the pan when trying to fold them. You have to take two utensils and try to push the omelet from both sides to fold it.Pros -- Lightweight Easy to cleanCons -- Burns at low temperature Poor pan for omeletsVerdict -- Avoid

What I like: nice look, easy and convenient to use, good design, perfect for popovers of all type. With this pan I am making 20 crepes in just 25 minutesWhat I don’t like: poor quality of pan bottom. I am using this pan only on medium hit, but paint on bottom started to disappear very first time of use. I don’t think this pan will last.

This pan is a delight. I had forgotten about the spreader until I re-read reviews. I thought it was missing like others stated but it was just packed at the bottom up against the end so it seemed missing until I investigated again. I have used the pan many times and so non-stick so far. I do brush ghee or clarified butter before pouring. It works best at medium heat for my gas stove but I do lift it off the flame about 15 seconds before brushing and pouring again. It flips crepes nicely. I let it cool before washing with a non abrasive sponge. Beats the crepe outta regular pancakes.
