How to use Cannon Chemical
- Thoroughly mix the Cannon Chemical with clean and cold water
- Use 1.5 -1.7 liters of water in a bucket and gradually add one 5 kg bag of Cannon Chemical.
- Stir until you obtain smooth, lump-free slurry.
- Use open pails or containers for mixing. Avoid using narrow-necked containers.
- Do not add extra water, as it may reduce the concentration of the mix.
- Pour the freshly mixed slurry into pre-drilled holes within ten minutes of mixing.
Cannon Chemical Cracking Process
- The amount of Cannon Chemical required depends on the hole size. Drill 30 – 38mm holes with a depth of 80 – 90% of the material intended to be cracked. Do not go all the way through! Holes should be spaced at a distance of between 200 – 400mm depending on material to be cut or demolished.
- Cannon Chemical slurry is poured into holes drilled in rock or concrete.
- Cracks appear within 1-4 hours after filling Cannon Chemical mixture in the drilled holes [Cracking time varies depending on the material to be cracked, depth and diameter of the holes and the temperature.
- Cracked material can be easily removed using pick breakers, or excavators, ensuring efficient and safe demolition.

Safety Precautions while using Cannon Chemical
- Do not swallow or inhale the chemical.

IMPORTANT NOTE
- Store the Cannon Chemical in a dry place.

I have some large rocks in my yard that I would prefer to get rid of. They're buried and stick up just enough to hit the blades of my lawnmower. I need to break off enough to get them below ground level at least.That's where this stuff comes in. I got some diamond bits for drilling stone with my angle grinder, and then I'll make up some of this cement and pour it into the holes. It will be a lot cheaper than having professional earthmoving equipment come to dig them out.
