Step 1 : Push to unlock
Push to unlock, press the handles and push the locking latch to unlock the pitter.
Step 2 : Place one cherry in the hole
Just pop/pull the stem off, put olives and cherries in and line up where the stem was with the punch bar.
Step 3 : Press the handle to pit cherry
Press the handle to pit a cherry
Step 4 : Pull to lock
Pull the locking latch to lock the pitter after use.

WOW this makes the job much easier without mangling the cherries! Can't believe I waited so long to get one. This one works great, easy to clean and would def buy again.

Used it on a ton of olives. It works ok, but starts to bend and tweak over time if your punching out a ton of olives. Any hard olives will tweak it pretty good.I tried it on fresh olives and ones that have been soaking for several months. It was actually easier on the fresh ones. The softer olives got tore the up pretty good getting the pit out.

This product works.... I used it to pit green and calamata olives. GREAT VALUE. VERY EASY TO CLEAN.

Haaaa I'm 60+ years old growing up we had a pie cherry tree in the yard. Mom make me go out every year to pick the cherries for her to make pie. She didn't have a pitter took her longer to hand pit than for me to pick em. I've had a small barrel of olives sitting in fridge for about year and half id eat couple here and there than let them sit. Not sure how I found this pitter but sure glad I did. I got it today and soon I'll be buying another barrel of olives. I'm even thinking about going to Farmers market and buy some cherries. I have to say it's a wonderful tool.
