This little freezer worked great until it didn’t. First, the freezer is not 7.0 CF internally, it is much smaller, but I was okay with that. The freezer was ordered on 12/14/24, delivered on 12/18/24 and put to use right away with absolutely no issues. Today, 2/1/25, I got home from grocery shopping and went to place some frozen items in the freezer to find everything inside thawed out & ruined. The power & cooling light are still on, you can hear liquid moving around in the walls of the freezer, but it’s no longer cold inside. And of course, yesterday 1/31/25 was the last day to request a return! We didn't get more than 6-weeks of use out of this freezer and lost all of the food stored inside to top it off. Definitely bummed out about this purchase.

Got sent a broken deep freezer. Pretty bummed considering I’ve been needing one of these for awhile! Specifically ordered online vs going to Home Depot due to transportation, luckily UPS offers a fee pickup for this item, but normally there’s a charge. It’s just one of those things that is inconvenient but not the end of the world for me to have to box back up. You would think each freezer goes through an inspection before being sent out to consumers.The size does seem slightly small. It’s more tall and thin vs wide and stout (I prefer a bit more width as it’s easier to grab food)WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

does what any freezer can do, there's lots of room inside and the freezer is small enough for your room, worth the buy if you need on

7 cubic feet when using OUTSIDE measurements! Measuring the INSIDE (I'm a licensed professional engineer) it is only 3 cubic feet of actual storage space!!! If you research any website they instruct to measure the INSIDE dimensions to determine the CF capacity of the unit. Although a reasonable price, this is FALSE advertising. I have not used the unit yet (although too small for my original intended use) so will follow up with additional comments on the functioning of the unit.

Product looks used. It is all scraped up. But it is a pain in the butt to send it back
