I did run in to some issues with this kit mounting on the 283 small block. The damper has to be modified as the crank shaft hole is not large enough for the centering lip on the crank pulley. On the old small blocks the damper drives on with no bolt. Had to have the outer edge lathed down.But the rest of the kit mounted rather trouble free.The web site had better directions and videos.Over all I was very happy with the outcome and final product.

Kit installed fairly easily. First issue, alternator bracket hits lower radiator hose. Secondly bolt used with tensioner bracket for power steering pump hits the CVF pulley. Had to grind down the back of the alternator bracket to make it fit correctly. Then had to grind down the tensioner bolt and also a 9/16 wrench to fit behind pulley to tighten the bolt after adjusting to proper tension. Purchased suggested CVF Saginaw keyed PS pump with kit as well. Overall looks awesome, could use a little better engineering for a direct fit like advertised. Ordered both belts suggested and works good so far. Will update review after driving a few miles this weekend.

Love the product but since I finally got to putting the accessories on my engine. There is two pieces that are not correct. One being the power steering pump bracket and the cap for the alternator.
