These were a perfect class set. The masks can fit a kid or an adult. The paper is as thick as card stock, and the shiny material is perfect for markers. The string was easy for the kids to thread and didn’t require any tying. My students loved coloring them and pretending to be super heroes for the day.

These were a great addition to a superhero themed volunteer event at work. We put out washable markers and crayons so kids could decorate them before and after the volunteer shift. I did one myself beforehand so I could how well they worked. The glossy design side works fine with markers, they just need to dry a moment before touching the area, so it can be a slower process. You can make the color richer by going over an area 2 or 3 times, which makes shading and color transition easy. The matte side works with both crayons and markers but there's no design to follow, which some will like and others will not. The elastic strings were easy enough to use and didn't come tangled which I appreciated.

Worked really well for my son’s super hero birthday. Ages 1.5-10 all enjoyed getting creative with these masks! Even the adults sat and colored in their own!I bought the finer tip crayola markers and they dried nicely on them! Very happy with these masks
