I love this. it has pros and cons. Pro- shreds so much easier and faster, I personally dont like touching the meat with my hands so it makes life so much easier. Cons- You have to keep moving around the chicken to shred fully and evenly. comes out way better then using hands or knife or scissors. A great buy. would purchase again.

I have seen these all over social media and finally bit the bullet and got one. I can’t believe I have been shredding chicken any other way after using one of these.The plastic is good and strong and the spiky bits hold the chicken for its inevitable doom.It gets a little tricky getting all of the chicken out of the dish but it’s manageable.

This large chicken shredder is made out of hard plastic. The teeth on the bottom and top are sufficient enough to hold the chicken or other tender meat as you twist the top to shred the meat perfectly. I did not find much success with beef and pork unless it had been cooked to a tender almost fall apart point. Poultry and fish shredded nicely into pieces well enough for what my recipes had called for.I would recommend hand washing only. Be mindful of the plastic teeth on the bottom and top to protect them from breaking off.

I love chicken. And I love making shredded chicken meals, whether for a BBQ or Nashville hot sandwich or for adding to my taco bar. Leaving the chicken to prep in my slow cooker is easy, but I make about 6-8 breasts at a time and shredding all the chicken with a couple forks takes sooooo long and even makes my hands cramp.This little device cuts that time in half and is much easier on my hands. I can only fit in 1 breast (pulled into 2 or 3 pieces) at a time, but it still makes the process quicker and certainly easier.I also really like that I was just able to toss this gadget into the dishwasher when I was done and not have to clean it by hand. I'll never go back to shredding chicken the old way!

Huge labor saver! I got this after a tiring shredding session during meal prep. This little gadget makes it so much easier to shred chicken for salads, tacos, soup, etc. The suctions help to keep it in place while shredding, which is a huge plus!
