This is my second shade, liked the first one so much, bought a second one. First, I can not describe what a pleasure it was to install. I’ve put up many other shaded that required snapping in and strained to get them to work. These have the simplest method, a spring loaded latch that is effortless and nearly impossible to mess up. Second the shades are great, absolutely no issues, look good, operate properly and measurements are right on. Very highly recommend!

Let me start with that: This is the second brand I ordered for our windows. The first product we tried was IKEA`s roller window blinds for the same size. We installed them inside the windows. We were ready to ignore the ugly looks of the visible rolling mechanism on top. However, they did not even stay in place when we pull them down. The plastic part that was supposed to hold the mechanism and the blind was too weak to function. Also, the wireless pull & release mechanism was tricky to use and was not reliable.These blinds seem to address all of the issues we faced.The installation was a breeze. I installed them inside the window and the installation brackets were strong enough to hold the blinds in place, even while you are pulling them down. (I used a longer screw since the provided ones were not suitable for my setup, I highly recommend using 2 inch+ construction screws for a strong hold when you mount them inside the windows)The top band was designed with the same fabric as the shade. It hides the mechanism and gives the blinds a sleek appearance. Nice touch!The mechanism is easy to use and intuitive. With a small force you can pull them down. The stay in place. It collapses itself to the original position with a small touch. So, basically the entire blind disappears on top of the window, if desired.Beware of the fact that the fabric is not a blackout one. It blocks the direct sunshine but allows the light to come in, which worked perfectly for us. When adjusted, the zebra functionality gives a higher level of light filtering and privacy.It is a little early to talk about its durability, but so far so good! Time will tell. Other than that, I highly recommend this product!

I put these up in a small bedroom , for 2 windows that already had blackout shades behind them. These will not provide black-out for any type of room, but provide a great looking aesthetic to the space and privacy. In this case the blackout curtains behind these provide darkness when needed.

I really like the look of these blinds. They are elegant and a definite step up from bigbox store vinyl blinds. It's cool how, as you raise and lower them, they open and close every few inches. I have bought 5 of these blinds. They install easily. My only gripe is they lack that final adjustment that would allow you to "close" them when they are fully down in the window.

The zebra blinds are amazing, the quality of the product is good but there is one issue with the delivery. It was expected to be received in 3 days and takes 2 weeks for the delivery but if you don't care about the time I recommended to buy it.

I have installed the slate flavor in my office, and two guest rooms. First off, let me say, they look and work fine. The value for these is off the charts, but since these are so inexpensive, they are not the sturdiest nor highest of quality. They tend to fray on the sheer edges when rolled up and down, so you may have to adjust the bottom roller to have the fabric in the middle (pro tip!). Plus the instructions aren’t included in the box making install a bit hard. (Also the instructions on the Amazon listing don’t match the hardware I was provided. Very confusing! But the install with the necessary parts is very straightforward.)

I bought these for very window in my home. Initially they seemed great and I have received a lot of complements on the look of them. After a few short days of having them I started to notice the material having pulls along the sides. After about a month, every shade has pulls in the material as the sides move from side to side when they are opened and closed. At times they are difficult to open and at times they do not stay down and roll up for no reason. I would not recommend these shades for the money you spend on them

I received these yesterday for one of the smaller windows in my son's bedroom. They were very easy to install and they look amazing. These are very high quality shades for the price. I did not have a problem with the counterweight as mentioned in the other review. I bought only one of these to try out since I wasn't sure how they would look but now I'm going to go ahead and buy the same in various sizes for all the other bedrooms. Great product and fast shipping! I just wish that the other sizes I need were in stock right now. Hopefully it won't take too long for them to restock.

first time purchasing a zebra blind and these are great, was easy to install. I was looking for a replacement in out kitchen still wanting natural light to come in but not get blinded by the sun, and these work great, filters the light out when in full blind mode, nice to keep at 50/50 which is what we do most the time.Definitively going to consider upgrading these in other roomsCan be a little difficult to roll up properly but once you get the technique down it is fine

I needed to leave a review of this Zebra blind by Chicology. I own 17 other zebra blinds from other sellers on Amazon. They pale in comparison to this blind. The others have a much cheaper top cover and valance. This one is substantial and is very well designed. Please spend the additional $40-50 and get these. DO NOT order the one's that ship from China. Not only will you pay $40 for import fees from the courier, plus HST and duties. So your $110 blinds will cost you $40-$60 more. Coming to the cost of this blind which is a much more robust well made unit. It functions so much better then all my other blinds. Please think long and hard before you order from others and head my warning about the import charges, as the seller will not cover them for you as all courier companies UPS, Fedex, Purolator charge an import fee to bring a package into Canada. Usually $40 then the HST, Duties and taxes are dded on top. Thank you for your time!
