Good map, but that would not help the country run by the communists: the poor people in Cuba have rationed food and no way to connect to Internet in order to learn how is the rest of the world progressing. The situation in Cuba reminded me of the 1948 in Eastern Europe, where I grew up with all the blistering propaganda by the communists. All problems in present day Cuba the official communists still blame on the "Embargo" posted by the USA. The $10 Billion forked out by the Soviet Union to Cuba has disappeared and there is no account were is that money. The same amount of money was given to Germany after WW II as a part of the Marshall Plan. Look at the Germany now and compare it with present day Cuba: What a disaster, just like the East Germany before unification!

Great map, but for me, and probably most travelers, the "East China" one was sufficient. I had both and only used the "East China" one while in China, but did consult this one before the trip.

Bought for my dad who was there in WWII...he enjoyed looking at the areas he was in,,,,but I will keep looking for WWII maps for sale.

Normal map with details definitely better than the 2 booklets of hundred of pages of “maps†with lesser or no details of use

The quality of printing is good, and it is waterproof. But I was expecting that the whole map is printed on one page, not half map on front page and the other half on the back. This might be convenient during traveling. But as I'd like to use it as a poster, I don't like this feature. So I will return it.
