Our 12 foot form liners are 2" inches tall by 2" thick and designed to be fastened directly to the substrate with common wood screws spaced approximately 3" apart, with no need to silicone edges. Because of their flexibility and strength, they can be curved or shaped for most projects and cut to length easily with a utility knife to fit your form. They create a detailed edge on concrete and can be used in both precast and poured-in-place concrete work with easy clean-up to be re-used hundreds of times. Create your own concrete countertops, wall caps, column caps, window sills, trim, etc.

This product is expensive but works very well. Glad I decided to bite the bullet and pay for it. The chipped edge had more detail than expected and more refined than chipping it yourself. Easy to use and pulled off the concrete very easily. It also made a 90 degree bend well with 3 screws. Bottom line is if you want this look I would buy this product and forget about using a rock hammer to chip the edge yourself. Not only is it super easy but the look is far superior.

I poured a concrete countertop using this mold. It worked great. I used black pigment to dye the concrete midnight black and used this mold for the front edge. Once dried I pulled off the forms and mold and had a beautiful chiseled edge on the countertop. I then used a foam sand block to soften the sharp edges and epoxied. Fantastic mold idea for your project.

Needed to create some concrete tops for an outdoor fireplace/seating area and wanted to do something a little fancier then just a basic concrete edged top. Using these really dressed up the concrete edges and after acid staining, they look fantastic!Detailed instructions are also included (and helpful) that explain the type of concrete that is recommended or if you want to make your own from scratch.

Easy to use, made DIY concrete countertop with a decorative edge a breeze, This was my first concrete countertop and it came out phenomenally. I have now reused for five pours for my summer kitchen and bar countertops. I used boards secured behind the edge just to keep my lines straight. That worked well Another tip - use torx-head screws to secure & place a dab of petroleum jelly in each screw head. Makes post-concrete removal a breeze. I had to learn the hard way.

Great product. Worked as advertised. Using 3” screws every 3” allows you to form the mold without a backstop. Plus the 12 ft length gets the job done without splicing molds.

Never done concrete casting or molds. This was super easy, concrete released fantastic with nothing applied. Just screw it down and pour. Money well spent.
