Love the color, the weight, and the sturdy handle. The whistle has a mind of it's own but always reminds me there's water brewing... sometimes very quietly and sometimes quite loudly. I'm glad I spent a little more and got this tea kettle! I use it daily and feel more confident handling it in a safe manner due to its size, weight, and sturdy handle!

I ordered the red color and it is stunning, like a dark red. Quality is very good and sturdy. Also came packed very well which I appreciate, seeing as the previous one I ordered (different brand) looked like it was packed by a 5 year old with NO protection at all and was badly damaged. I can tell I will be happy with this one for years!

So pretty I leave it on my stove-top. I love that it whistles, which I can hear from other rooms, to announce that the water is boiling so I don't waste any energy. I quickly wipe the inside enamel and inside the steel lid since others have said the lid will show rust over time around the screw. Small task to keep it looking new. I use it for pour-over coffee and for tea.The small long-spouted kettle I used to use for pour-over coffee discolored on the inside, even though it was described as stainless steel. And I had to keep checking the temperature on top to see if the water was boiling.I like the interior enamel on this kettle and think it will be healthier long term.

I wanted a new tea kettle and was looking for a heavy weight, stylish one that did not cost an arm and a leg. This tea kettle perfectly met my requirements. I love it.

While this tea kettle is beautiful, I'm really disappointed in the quality. The whistle does not work consistently, which is a major reason I bought the kettle in the first place.The would have been fine, however, if it weren't for the rust I noticed on the inside of the kettle this morning. I've only had it for just about two months, and I've never had the INSIDE of a tea kettle develop rust like that.The design is heavily flawed. Every time you remove the lid to add more water, a little tab in the inside of lid (that holds it closed), scratches the lip on the kettle, ruining the enamel and allowing rust to develop.If you're a very occasional drinker of hot water and just want some eye candy for your stovetop, or a prop, it is a beautiful kettle.

I love the look of this kettle, the enamel has held up after use and the handle feels good in my hand. The whistle hasn’t worked at all since I got it, the cap fits too loosely. I can see steam and hear the water fine so I still use it, but have been disappointed

I consider the whistling tone and volume to be medium in strength and what I expected. The overall construction and finish seems to be good quality and is also what I expected, other than one caveat. The screw that keeps lid assembly together would constantly loosen. I applied Loctite 222 to the screw and hope this fixes the issue long-term.

It’s a product to look at and admire but impractical to use in kitchen. Its handle over the head makes it’s a troublesome equipment to use in kitchen for our practical purposes. It’s more like a party fancy item. However if the use to to boil water only, then it’s a useful product with an old charm ok boiling in kettle feeling.

Since I bought this, I just want to use this. I am just continuously using for everything for boiling water, black coffee, green tea, and of course this looks so perfect in any kind of interior.Recommended to buy a love your house
