I only buy the Susan Bates hooks because of the ease of use. I find that they don't snag as easily as some others. The Silvalume Soft is so nice. No need for cushions for projects that take longer. I've purchased multiple Susan Bates hooks from Amazon.

This is my favorite brand/ type of crochet hook. Good for arthritic hands!

I love the soft comfortable handle. I have arthritis in my hands which the soft handle makes it easier to use!! I love crocheting and want to be able to continue doing it. The (not sure what it's called). The steel part with the hook on it, is longer than most hooks which also makes the work go so much easier!!! Thank you so much!! I'm gradually going to replace ALL my older hooks!!!!

Because the hook is inline it allows you to work so much faster. These are the best for big projects. Super sturdy and they look beautiful.

Really high quality and comfortable crochet hooks. I find these easier to use than my old hooks. I will definitely be buying this brand from now on. Fits comfortably in your hand and is easy to use.

I don’t think I’ve ever been let down by a Susan Bates hook. I love that the top is a point instead of rounded, makes it easier to navigate esp with smaller yarn or intricate stitches. I did think the ergonomic handle would be squishy (even if it was a dense foam/silicone) and not hard. Also, they’re designed to be held really far back and I don’t personally crochet that way. Those are me nitpicking..I would still recommend, they’re amazing hooks!!

These are so awesome! They are ergonomic, pretty, nice quality of the metal and the grip, the hook is definitely in the style of s.bates. I could crochet all day and my wrists or hands won’t hurt. I highly recommend!!

These are beautiful hooks. They fit nicely in the hand and glide smoothly with yarn. I like the ergonomic grip too! All around great hooks, very sturdy and nice to work with.

As a recent beginner to crocheting I ordered a bog standard cheap set of hooks. Non the wiser. I’m a few months in now… watched ALOT of tutorials, no one ever mentions the hooks?? My cheapies hurt my inner palm ( because they were made for smaller hands) After watching a brilliant tutorial on crocheting these hooks were recommended. Not available on prime but still arrived earlier than expected. Oh my! They just tick every box!!!! They have a good push through tip, an even better pull back hook! Be careful though it is sharp! …. Yes if you love making chunky
