hole size is undersized for bolts. Even the threaded major diameter of the standard mounting bolts did not fit through the hole. I had to drill out the through hole, and also had to open up the OD on the counterbore. Plus, no bolts were included in the kit.Though ones fixed and mounted, it works well.

The jaws fit my Bauer Chuck perfectly. Just make sure 1# jaw goes with number 1# screws.
