These two boards, I’m so grateful that they came as a pair. They are a nice weight and won’t be sliding around, porous enough to absorb excess moisture and to prevent the clay from sticking or moving around. They’re perfectly perfect!

I have placed these in my garage pottery studio and use them for wedging. I also, like an other reviewer, used rubber strips underneath to help keep it in place when I wedge. It’s great value for money.

Fantastic. Wedging board. I took 3m rubber strips and stuck them to back so it doesn't move.

These boards are excellent for working with clay especially if you favor the handbuilt method as I do.I purchased the smaller boards originally and liked the ease of use so much that I splurged and bought these larger ones.Highly recommend if you are someone who likes to use the slab method-- wherein you need more space to allow your slabs to get leather hard particularly for larger projects.Cleaning is as simple as hosing down with water and letting dry in the sun for a couple of minutes.

I sent this back. It was the size I wanted and I really wanted to like it but the corner was already dented in when I received it and it didn’t seem like it would last for very long. Disappointing because I really needed something this size but a lot more durable.

Great for short term project. The boards absorb so much water that they have started to bow. I flip them over and this seems to help. I store them flat. I use one side for dark clay and one for light. Clay residue does stay on the board even after sponging off well.

The size and weight is perfect not to heavy or big. The quality is perfect for the value for money. It's easy to use, you just have to put a wet towel under the the board so it doesn't slade around on table top.
