I also track calories on it. I know there is a clever fix calorie counter too. I was surprised by the importance of monitoring bowel movements. I just started using it on 26 Nov and I love knowing my calories and if I forgot to drink enough water or take my vitamins. It is easy to use, you can use a colored highlighter or colored pencils in a few places. It is a value for the price, functional, and it keeps me organized. I think there is adequate writing space.

I've had a lot of allergic reactions lately and I thought it was due to food. I've had hives every single day for 71 days today. So, I bought this to keep track of everything I eat, meds I take, and how bad my hives are. It serves the purpose, but there's not a lot of room to write stuff. I take a lot of medications/supplements and that section at the bottom is way too small. I take meds on an empty stomach when I wake up, with breakfast, in the afternoon, with dinner and when I go to bed, so I use the symptoms/notes/reactions section on the right column to write out all my meds at each appropriate time of day. I do wish this journal was like 8.5 x 11 or around that size. Sleep time is good, but I wish instead of the "fiber"/broccoli part, it was for weight. I have used my white out tape and white that out as well as the "sleep quality". In the broccoli section, I record my weight daily, and in the "sleep quality" section I rate my hives on a scale of 1 to 40. 1 being hardly any but still a few, to 40 being the absolute worst covered in head to toe. Using this I've been able to keep track of the good progress I've made. I have been gluten free now for 46 days today, and I limit my dairy a lot. I've had 1 soda-coca cola in 2 months. Just being able to back track what I'm putting in my body, really helps.

Has the right details to track.Lots of space to write meals and medications.String to mark the current page and a pen holder on the side. Must important was the privacy cover.Tried a few brands and this was the keeper. Made it easy to track.

I bought this for my daughter when the drs were trying to diagnosis what was going on with her. It is a very comprehensive journal allowing her to track her intake and output.

I need to keep track of what I eat now since I have stomach and other issues. I never thought I could do this, but once you keep track of your meals for a week, it becomes a good habit.Lots of stickies are included with the journal. I now own two of these.

I bought this because I like that I can log everything on one day per page which saves paper. The only suggestion I would make is that the font and pictures could be bolder. My vision is not the greatest and it's hard to see some of the smaller, lighter fonts. But it's worth it to save paper. I was using another journal that was 2 pages per day and it seemed wasteful, but was easier to read. Maybe they can make a bold version for the vision challenged.

I filled out the whole journal and loved that I could include when I had reactions or changed medications right there.

I counted four incorrect foods to Eat and five that were wrong to Avoid (for GERD) right off the bat. They tell you to eat pineapple and avoid watermelon for example. The space for entries is impossibly small and I'm using a Micron 05 fine tipped marker. You're better off keeping track on your phone calendar or using a cheap notebook. This was overpriced in the first place and a complete waste of money as it's basically unusable unless you track elsewhere and only jot down a brief summary. Who has that kind of time and money. Can't return it because I wrote in it.

I've had some digestive issues over the last 6 months or so and my doctor advised me getting a food journal so I can log what I eat and hopefully get to the bottom of what is causing my issues. The diary is well laid out and makes logging information a very straightforward and painless process. It's good quality paper and the diary comes with everything I need to make recording what I eat a simple process.

I have IBS-D, which I've had for years, but remembering the triggers, or tracking it has been quite challenging for me due to having adhd. I forget the things that trigger me until after I ate them. I was also recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, & some foods trigger that as well, so trying to keep track of the things I can & cannot eat has become more important. Having a journal like this that is solely dedicated to diet tracking, medications, etc is so much simpler than trying to remember or writing things down in other random books that I forget. This can live in the kitchen where I will remember to use it. The cover feels very tactile, & the colour is delightful. The inside pages have enough room to write many things down, it comes with a guide for how to use it, & some funky stickers in the back pocket. This would make a great gift for anyone who needs to keep a track of their diet/triggers/diabetes etc, or as a tracker for yourself.

I am writing this as somebody who has very complex health issues from autoimmune disease and MCAS/histamine issues. And also as a experienced Nutrition specialist.I keep a journal to track progress with my health, but it sometimes gets messy and overloaded with symptoms mind dump and what food I beaten as well as supplements. I therefore thought this was a clever idea to have one specifically for my food so I can train track triggers whilst I navigate the journey of MCAS and histamine issues.I got the green one and it’s a lovely deep emerald green. The pages inside are all set out the same with a day and date and lots of space to put foods into breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. It also has a space for supplements at the bottom of each page. For me, I would like this to have been a bigger section because I do take a lot of supplements and I’m trying medications to.The only other thing of note is that in the opening few pages of this journal, it only makes specific reference to FODMAP and this is really not the only elimination diet or protocol that you can do. So I didn’t quite understand why it would mention one protocol rather than reference all of the different ones that you could be following. However, this is a small matter cause you can literally just turn the page and forget about it.Lastly, in the back cover, there are three pages of stickers and I thought these added a lovely touch. For anyone, wanting or needing to track their journey to food, sensitivities and better health. This is a great option.
