The signs came with a universal bracket to use for ceiling mount junction box. The holes in the bracket are 2.5" apart but the holes in the canopy of the exit sign are 2.75" apart. There was no way to attach this sign to that bracket. Then when I was carefully putting things back in the box to return, one of the thin plastic hooks on one of the side light broke off.

We installed 3 lights and within two weeks all three blew up (smelled burning 🔥 then noticed the lights) electrician came back said bad units!!!!! Can't get a refund now that window closed May 12 :( $80 wasted!!!! And more money to replace!!!!
