Great product, with multiple applications. A little hard to peel at times which made my work a little extra difficult, but it adheres incredibly well. I used this to seal the flashing on an old roof addition on my out building. The roof was leaking like a siv. No more leaks now! I also use it to patch holes on that same metal out building. Great stuff!

This tape worked very well to seal around our new windows on the new shed, installed before we added the siding.

I used it to flash my windows and doors during a re-side of my house. It came off the roll easy and was no problem to cut. Good and sticky. I would recommend it.

I bought this product to seal a leaking door sill. It's easy to work with and sticks like crazy to wood, even rough wood. Adheres well to my plastic door sill pan also. I also used it to back up some duct tape in an air conditioner line, and it works great there also. It has silver backing, one side is sticky and the back side is smooth and finished looking.

I primarily used this to seal newly installed windows. It's nice and thick and adheres like crazy. No draft or insect is getting past this stuff! We had to remove one window and thought we'd never get this tape off.PS I've also used this to seal cracks and holes in wood.

I have trouble finding this in the big hardware stores. I ask the employees and they never understand what it is. So glad I found it here on Amazon because it is exactly what I have used and will use again for window and door replacements.
