I am very impressed with these lanyards. Comes with very good quality clips and the coiled cords are securly finished on the ends. At a little over a buck each these are a great value as compared to buying from sporting good stores. They are long enough that you can use tools you don't want to loose with no need to unclip. I stretched the coils several times and they always returned to as new shape. Recommended.

These cheap (but good) tethers are good for light items. I used them to tether my flyboxes to the inside of my pack so I don't lose them. Good value for $10.

Useful for multiple things. My kid uses one for a house key so it is easy to find in her bag, we keep one in our hiking bag to connect the car keeps so we don't lose them, we have a couple in our fishing boxes for pliers and clippers. The carabiner makes it easy to clip on to most things. The lanyard is stretchy but not overly stretchy, but definitely has a limit to the weight of the items.

These work great to keep your gear close on the river. Wish the carabiners were just a little bit thicker and tougher though.

Such a deal - just over a buck and a half a piece. I have numerous fishing tools that I like to have at arm's length, belt attached when needed. They include fish lip holders when removing hooks, pliers, and braided line cutters all of which I don't want to lose by dropping in the water. Outside of fishing, I have other uses for these such as Securely holding I.D. scan cards and key rings. The product is well-made with quality components and stretches out as far as 59 inches. The carabiners are not cheap ones either, rather flat aluminum with a stainless steel looped spring-loaded ring closure. They use coated steel coiled wire that is wrapped in plastic as are the end connectors.

Great for light duty work. Thin lanyard that is very stretchy. The carabiner is not the strongest either, but there great for many things. I use one connecting fishing pliers to my boat. Keeps it from getting lost overboard. Excellent value too.

What I like:I like everything about this useful product! I find these to be very handy and I can count on them to never fail in their dependable performance.The strength is nothing short of incredible, especially considering their relative small diameter.While I intend to use these for beach metal detecting, I've already found them to be exceedingly useful for when I'm tinkering on things outside, in the backyard. When I'm climbing on a ladder, it's a lot quicker and easier to clip my tools onto my belt loop using these vs strapping-on my bulky toolbelt.What I don't like:There's nothing at that I don't like about the product.I would surely order this item again.The product is perfect in every way!

I got these wired cords for my box cutter at work. I attach the ring end to the box knife and the carabiner side to my belt loop. I've done this for many years so I can keep track of my box cutter. It helps me if I need to quickly let go of the cutter and not lose it. It's super stretchy and retracts to exactly the right length every time. The resistance is just enough to let you do what you need to, and not feel like you're tugging for dear life. These retractable cords are super great quality and I am so happy they come in a pack with spares for other items.
