I bought this to take with me on cruises. It will be nice to just put in the closet and put our dirty clothes in it. Then, we can carry it to the laundry room to wash clothes. When they are clean, we can put them back in it to bring back to the room. It folds nicely lenghtwise. It is possible to fold it into a smaller circle, but that is a bit more difficult. It will fit in my suitcase fine lengthwise, so I am quite happy with it. It is a nice size.

This was a gift for my husband to transport laundry to and from the laundry room. We usually use taller spring hampers. This one is great- light weight spring hamper that holds a lot but its shape makes it easy to carry and not have to lift it high- as it is long not tall. It also has handy handles.

I ordered this because I got very irritated with always having to pick up the clothes my partner threw on top of the laundry bag rather than putting them inside; I was actually looking for a commercial-style bag stand when this appeared in the list of items available free in exchange for my honest review, so I really had nothing to lose by ordering it.It's SO much less hassle; I can leave it popped open under the counter and I just have to sort it when it's getting full, then pile the two loads back into it and walk it down to the laundromat to wash them. It handles a week's worth of my partner's dirty jeans and tees from his industrial construction job, which is the reason we're traveling and not using my (non-packable) hamper at home base, as well as my clothes. And it's sturdy enough that it doesn't deform heavily when I pick up the fully loaded hamper/basket by its straps.I really don't care about the color, but navy blue is always acceptable to me, as it's my core dark neutral in my wardrobe and our bedroom at home. I love that this pops open horizontally like a laundry basket rather than vertically--my old vertical popup hampers (which were replaced in about 2010 because they were falling apart) had a bad tendency to squash down as the hamper got full, and this one doesn't. And of course, since it's a popup design, it can be folded down and twisted into a 2" thick disk the size of a dinner plate, making it VERY easy to pack away when we need to relocate to another town for another construction project. And despite a couple of months of steady use with heavy loads weekly, a close inspection shows no indication of anything even trying to pull at the stitches more than 1/32"... It seems this one's going to be with us for quite a while; not bad at all, especially when I ordered it with the idea that it would give me time to find something better, and never got back to that search for better because it wasn't needed!

String yet light. Easy to maneuver around doors Much easier on your hands, not a tough plastic. Love the ease of use. Great price.

These are quite large and work well so far. I like the fact that they collapse flat when not in use. They work great for my teens!

What a great idea for a hamper. Love this thing. Can store beside or between washer and dryer. Just be careful when you open it.....it opens fast once you release it.
